Dragon on the Doorstep

Fabulous Books, all Barefoot Singalong Books! My son absolutely adores all of these books. Great introduction to music and reading.

Immensely disappointing. Apart from the cover the dragon barely figures in the 'non-'story'. A succession of other animals appear in rooms in the house as they wonder where to put the dragon. The dragon has no character or characteristics and might as well be a dog or a sheep or even a large toy.'

We sing this every single day, multiple times. My son is now 17 months old and we've been reading/singing this since he was about a year.He's learnt the animals and can find them hidden as the story goes along. The song is also very catchy and is fun for me to sing (no constant repetitions).

One of my little girls favourite books. Got it for Christmas and its a must read at home and on journeys out. She's happy to sit and look through the pages on her own retelling the story to herself. Love it!
