Kinesiology Tape - 5M Precut K Tape Roll - Premium Athletic Tape - Support and Prevent Injuries - Multiple Colors Available

This simple, effective tape is helping to keep me together. I'm having hip surgery in November and my left knee is even more arthritic, bone on bone. I tried different sleeves, etc. for my knee but they were excruciating and totally ineffective. This tape is supportive, easy to use and can be worn for longer than one day. I don't go over two days because I choose to let my knee and skin have some recovery time, but I love this product. The pre-cut strips are easy to use. I cut then double under my knee cap. Some days I use the long strips up either side of my leg, others maybe one piece or none. I've also used the tape in my hip area. I am thankful that I found this product as I'm not a jock and have never used any kind of tape prior to this. You can bend as the tape is flexible and you can experiment to suit your situation. Also, it's unobtrusive under clothing and the large "bandage" is intriguing to my grand kids...kind of awesome.

I have had a couple of hard falls and have an unstable knee. I will probably need knee surgery at some time but like most people, need to save up for my deductible. This tape has been a life saver for me. It stabalizes the knee so the joint doesn't feel like it's sliding around. Has also helped me reduce the use of Ibuprofen for pain. I did have trouble getting it to stick even after cleaning my skin with alcohol so I would also recommend getting skin prep pads or spray to go along with this item.

Great kinesiology tape. Does the job well IF you make sure to follow the directions AND tape correctly. There are some good books and videos on taping, I'd suggested you do your research for the best result. This tape does the job when you know how to apply it. Lasts several days.

I've been using Rocktape for some time and love it! But when I use it on my back for a few days for an injury, it starts to irritate me. This tape is a thinner material with almost as good of adhesion. Rocktape can last 5 days and this tape lasts 4 days. The precut strips are better than Kinesio Tex and all of those 3 options are in another class far and above KT Tape. Plus, it's much more affordable.

I fell in love with StrengthTape when I bought the first roll (16' Roll of 10" Precut Strips-Silver) back in August. I could use it for a whole week (even at the beach) feeling so much relieve on my chronic back pain. In September I bought 5 more rolls and when I started using the first roll I was so disappointed because it won't stay on for more than 2-3 hours, the texture was different too, I am now using another roll and it is more like the first one, even if it won't stay on for a whole week, as soon as I put it on I start experiencing relieve on my chronic back pain.I send a message to the seller (Theratape) and the responded quickly told me that they will send replacement rolls right away. I also send a message to the people of StrengthTape and they were very concerned about the situation and also offer to replace the defective rolls, they explained that they had a "bad batch" and were investigating what went wrong.I am waiting or my new rolls to arrive and I am sure I won't have any problems with them (I will post an update on that). But the people from Theratape and StrengthTape deserve 5 stars for their service, I am very happy with the way they responded and I still love the effects that the tape has on my back pain. I am sure will buy more from them in the future.After a longer wait than expected I received the replacement rolls from ENDEVR(StrengthTape). They were very helpful and concern about the whole situation. I am happy with my tapes and will buy more in the future.

I have hypermobile joints due to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and have recently started using KT tapes for knee/ankle support. Note that while this review regards overall product performance, YMMV, because due to atypical skin elasticit, I have always had difficulty with adhesive working, even kinds as strong as post-surgical wound tape used in a hospital setting. Bandaids peel off in mere minutes, first aid tape floats away, and even duct tape won't stick to me for long (not that I'm using that for supportive purposes). Therefore, this tape may work great for people whose collagen knows how to behave itself on a cellular level! I have no way of knowing from personal experience.While this is the least expensive variety of tape I've found so far, it's also the least effective. I do all the stuff recommended for helping the tape stick better (trim any hair in the area, clean with alcohol or hand sanitizer, use on clean dry skin, activate the adhesive with friction, etc), but by the end of the day it's already peeling off, despite being labeled as potentially lasting up to a week. After 12 hours all the ends were peeling up, and after 24 hours it was rolling up from the long sides, and unstuck from my knee completely in one big piece when I put weight on it. If it can't hold up to sleeping, I doubt it would hold up to showering or physical exertion.I may purchase this brand of tape again, but primarily for using in conjunction with something with a bit more staying power like KT Pro.

I sustained nerve damage from advanced jaw surgery. I have a neuroma and continuity is what I was told. After several years of buying expensive lidocaine patches the physical therapy department at the hospital recommended kinesio tape. Thanks to this product I no longer have to buy expensive creams or lidocaine patches. I cut a strip of this and where it below my lip and the burning and pain to my lower lip is greatly diminished. I can’t express my gratitude to this company. Someday medicine will have a better handle on neuropathy but until then my quality of life is back thanks to kinesio tape and this one is the best. A+
