**Q: I didn't see +/- labeled on the terminals.  Does it matter which way it is hooked up?**
A: I would assume it matters, however it is not labeled. I stuck a 9volt battery to mine to test it and it worked both ways. I assume it can be used in a negative voltage system so it might not matter. Typically if they are not labeled one terminal is smaller or larger than the other, the one I got was exactly the same. Mine has been working for about a 8 months now with no issues the way I connected it.

**Q: Is this food safe product ? Can it be used with hot drinking water ?**
A: It is food grade, and it work with 0-80C.Thank you!

**Q: .8mpa is around 8 atm or 115ish psi, correct? my water pressure runs up to around 105psig at times. i have a big regulator, should i install it first?**
A: Yes, just over 115psi.  The water pressure is around 60psi where I'm using this valve, and I've no problems over the past 1+ years.  With the rating at 116psi, you should be okay assuming the supplier has a safety margin on that rating, which they should.  If you are going to install a regulator, I would probably install it first though.

**Q: 5 sec open  5 min closed repeat for 12 to 18 hours a day?**
A: You can put a timer on for any periods you want.  There may be a 1/4 second delay from the time that power is applied until the switch actually opens, but that is just a guess.   Just be aware that I replace my switch every 8-12 months, where the switch is open for 20 minutes, twice a day.  I have also taken it apart and cleaned it a few times as well.  The internal mechanics are simple, but I suspect the rubber may be not the best quality.  For the price, it does okay.
