Works
Well, I just got this yesterday, but I thought I'd share my initial thoughts. I ordered a size smaller than what the size chart suggested to take stretching of material into consideration. Also, I had read many reviews from other sites before purchasing and complaints were it being too loose. It was comfortable to wear and definitely helped keep my shoulders in proper position. I have neck and upper back muscle spasms caused by stress and poor posture. I bought this to retrain myself to have the proper posture that I had as a kid riding horses. Taking a two-fold approach of posture correction and stress control will hopefully correct the issue. I will post and update later on my progress. I wore it 2 times yesterday for about 30 min each and once this morning for the same amount of time and I am remembering to keep my shoulders back already because of how good it felt while wearing it. The pain seems to be lessening little by little. I don't expect a miracle just from this brace alone, but with consistency I expect results. The only cons I can see so far is not being able to wear it under clothing, I think it would just be too bulky in the back. The other is when you lift your arms over head, the brace tends to slip up off of the shoulder and you need to re-adjust it, but not a big deal. I just plan on wearing it when I'm not too active. I do not suggest wearing during exercise for the same reason unless you are just running or walking when you don't have to lift your arms.

Works...
I like this... It does set my shoulders where they need to be. I can't really use my arms while it's on though, which is okay I guess since you are only supposed to use it for a half hour at a time. And it's nearly impossible to get on and adjusted by myself.I got this bc my posture is So bad that at times I get neck/back/shoulder pain directly related. This provides immediate relief.

Str8-n-up
Tried large & extra large but neither fit comfortably. However, this was for my son-in-law & may fit differently on a smaller (in shoulders) female.

Simple but effective support.
This is possibly the simplest design while being unique and stylish. It appears to be working and it is easy to use. I would recommend it.

XXL was too small.
It was too akward to put on. I need some one to help me pull it down in the back. I live alone so I have no one to help me. It's a very tight fit, so it's just laying in my drawer.

Feels good!
It doesn't hurt! It is adjustable, and does the job. It is not like the others I have tried. My PT likes it too.

Stylish, moderately comfortable, low-mod support
I'm a physical therapist and I bought this for my girlfriend to help her become more conscious of her posture. The instructions claim that it should only be worn for bouts of 30 minutes, which is fine. But, unless it is actually cutting off circulation under your arm you can wear it for extended periods of time. Regardless, from what I can tell and what she feels, it provides low-moderate support, but does help her feel her posture more so, but is not nearly enough to pull her into a corrected posture. She also has a little bit of trouble getting it on herself, but it's doable, just always nicer to have someone quickly fix it up for you.I think the misnomer here is that people are searching around for a support that corrects their posture with minimal comfort issues or problems, but that's very unrealistic. I can tape your back with leukotape and cover roll and it will physically hold you in a corrected posture. Mind you, after a few hours your back will start to hurt as your muscles fatigue and can no longer tolerate this position, your body will beg you to slouch. This support is not really meant to hold you into a proper position, rather help you become more cognizant of your posture as are others. If you don't believe me consider this, this support grabs your shoulders and pulls them back, but it is only a portion of good posture. You need to retract your chin, lift your chest (as if a string was pulling upwards from the center of your chest), and retract your shoulder blades simultaneously to maintain good posture. You can physically move your shoulder forwards and back without any of those other movements occurring, which is what happens in this support. If you are looking for something to help you become more cognizant of your posture and you are actually interested in becoming more conscious of it, then this and any other support is for you.
