am i allowed to use this even though i am a woman?

I am a woman and use it. LOVE it. Easier to get to my cards and money. The place to hold my id is great to just flip it up and show. No reason not to use it regardless of your gender. And if you want to do something crafty with it, go for it. I like it plain and find it easier than a traditional "woman's" wallet. Hope that helps.

Can the rfid blocking material be removed? i carry multiple rfid key-cards, and having to remove them from my wallet at every door is a show stopper.

Other than what other people have said about the different frequency. Regardless if you open wallet and scan cards forward, It will work.

Is the flap for ID removable?

The flap for ID is NOT removable, thank you!

does it block 125 KHz which hotel keys operate at?

" Except block RFID signals from cards working at a frequency of 125KHz: 1. Older prox cards 2. HID 125 khz 3. Some hotel /building access cards " This is a direct quote from their product description. It appears that some hotel cards are still vulnerable so it may be a good idea to look for a wallet with higher range blocking.
