I bought this item as my optometrist recommended using a warm, wet washcloth to help my eye issues. I found having to run back and forth to the sink to reheat the washcloth cumbersome. I purchased this item to eliminate that issue. I spray the mask and turn it on to heat up. After a minute or so I place the mask on and it is nice and warm. I use it on the highest heat setting. I do wish it had one more warmer setting, but it probably doesn't for safety reasons. I find I use my fingers to apply light pressure to my sockets to get that warmer feeling. I only need to use it for 5 minutes a night, but I find I am using it for 10-15 minutes instead.

This is the first time I write a review. I have dry eye problem after surgery. My doctor asked me to use a wet cloth for warm compass. It didn't work as it only warms for 1 minute. It didn't help much. Until I found this product and give it a try. It makes me feel comfortable as I can have it for 30 minutes and adjust for various temperatures. I also found it help me sleep too. Overall I have been happy with the purchase and hope people with same problems can benefit.

I have dry puffy eyes, and thought I"d try this steam mask. I've used it twice and it's very relaxing and seemed to hydrate my eyes both times and make them feel soothed. I like the heated part too, it actually helped me with a headache I had as well!

I have glaucoma, for which I use eye drops that make my eyes very dry. This heated mask helps. It has foam inside that can be wet for moist hest, which feels great. The strap can be adjusted, but you want it tight so you get the heat right on your eyes. I've found this also to be very helpful for headaches. The heat mask can be plugged into a portable phone battery charger, which is what I do. I can set the charger on the bed next to me and plug the long cord into it. If you prefer, you can pulg it into any USB charger and plug into an extension cord.It also blocks out all light, so if you use this for headaches it'll help you relax without the light.

I got sick and got sinus infection. Along with another remedies I used this warming mask and Neti Pot with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide and get well in a couple of days. It is also great to use for eyes relaxation. Highly recommended!

This eye warmer is more convenient than the microwave alternatives and hot wash clothes but it doesn’t get hot enough to do more than a middling job of helping with dry eyes. I do use it before bed and it feels good and promotes sleep but, again, it doesn’t help my dry eye problem as well as the less convenient alternatives and So I need to use them as well.

My go-to mask after work, when I get an hour of rest before the madness of dinnertime occurs. It really takes the edge off and gets me settled and ready. This satin mask has a removable liner too, in case you want to just use it as an overnight sleep mask without the cord.I like to use it at the warmest setting at longest time. It works great with or without water. I made the mistake of spraying too much water on it and it make me feel hot and sweaty. Now, I like to spray just once spritz (spray bottle is included) of distilled water mixed with water and my own drops of lavender essential oil. I use for the purpose of relaxation, I don’t have any dry eye condition to report on. Heavenly.

I got this for dry eyes. While I like the temperature control the pads are not puffy but very thin so they don’t actually mold to my eye sockets where I need the heat. I have to press the pads into the sockets. Not quite what I was hoping for.

I really wanted this to work. After 20 minutes on the highest temperature, the skin on my eyes was no warmer than the rest of my my face and the mask did nothing to loosen the oil in my eyelids. There was no problem with the return, but I'd look for something with a higher temperature. This was not nearly as warm as the masks you heat in the microwave.

This product has been great so far. However, much like a lot of other reviews I wish it would get a bit hotter. Other than that it’s great. Very relaxing.

Heat doesn't get warm enough and there's no weight to it so that it rests up against your eyes. I used 3x then gave up.
