Heathyoga Women Biker Shorts with Pockets 5" High Waisted Yoga Shorts Tummy Control Workout Shorts Athletic Gym Shorts

I originally bought these as I wanted a running short with pocket my for my phone. They are amazing for that and my favorite running shorts. They also have a pocket for my car key and it has yet to budge while I’m running. I have helped far too many people look for their lost key on trails so I’m paranoid, but my key has never even moved at all. The shorts stay in place and the legs don’t ride up on me. I have another brand that is more widely recommended on running social media groups, but I actually prefer these and they are currently half the price. I order size medium and I am normally a small. I can’t actually remember why I have mediums, probably from other reviews. I am 5’2” and 115-120 with muscular legs.I am also a kindergarten teacher who likes to wear dresses in warm weather, but I spend a lot of time on the floor. I used to wear slip shorts but always reach for these now, as I can stash my phone in the pocket under my dress. I’m finding now that the weather is nicer I am wearing them every day, from my classroom to the trail, and now I need to order a few more!

Bought these based on the reviews and not disappointed!!! SO soft but the material is not thin. Nice pockets for cell phone, flattering. Want more pairs! Ordered XL and fit comfortably - 165lb, 5'9, 40/32/41 measurements.

For reference, I am 5'3 140lbs. I sized up to a medium bc I like room in my waist, esp for biker shorts. These came out of the package and I immediately thought,"Yasssss." I could feel the control top, and the softness. Perfect length for almost anyone IMHO. Amazing for us shorter ladies tho. I have a high standard and these have met that. Do it, buy the shorts. No regrets. Not even one letter.

These are so comfortable to work out in! They're pretty thick, so you don't have to worry about them being see-through when working out or doing squats while wearing them. I happened to buy them when there was a 30% off coupon, which made the value even better compared to other designer brands!

The media could not be loaded.  I weigh around 240 lbs. I am usually a size 18 in american eagle stretchy jeans. These XL shorts are perfect! It makes me look a tad bit slimmer as well. And the pockets are great! These do ride up a lil, but not too bad.

Very soft material with great tummy control. I wear them to ride my bike and lift weights and they don't ride up. Great pockets that fit my large samsung Note 10+. I bought 3 pairs and love them.

Everything by Heathyoga is great so far - I've purchased shorts, boot cut pants, and capris. I do yoga (including hot yoga), dance, regular workouts, and acrobatics so I am HARD on my gym wear. These items, including the shorts, truly stand the test of time, sweat, and repeat washes. They haven't gotten stretched out, holey, or threadbare. The tummy control (2 babies in 2 years, 2 years ago... hello!) is fabulous and it smooths the lumps and bumps. It also lifts the butt nicely!

Loved these... Kept my tummy tucked in and did not roll down like a lot of yoga pants do
