Review: A nice pair of scissors for tying flies - Nice super sharp scissors with a serrated blade that really works well on trimming hair on my fishing flies. Has really long skinny blades which work well for getting in close to work. Trimmed some spun hair flies with them and they work much better than my old regular bladed scissors. Nice coated finger holes, that are comfortable, although maybe just a smidgen tight, for my fingers. If you have really large fingers these may be too tight. The scissors are nice and tight no slop but operate smoothly. They are very sharp and cut thread and materials very crisply, no pulling or fraying.

Nice super sharp scissors with a serrated blade that really works well on trimming hair on my fishing flies. Has really long skinny blades which work well for getting in close to work. Trimmed some spun hair flies with them and they work much better than my old regular bladed scissors. These scissors are good quality and can cut anything you would use for fly tying, even fine wire. Comfortable to use because the large finger loops on the handle don’t bind your fingers. Keep an eye on these scissors because everyone likes them and they tend to disappear.
