Last three times unlike a month back the bread has more voids especially center of the loaf.
Last three times unlike a month back the bread has more voids especially center of the loaf.The consistency was good till a month back, now it's more like any other whole wheat bread.So now nothing special about it. Its just about any other brand of bread.

Soft & Tasty
English Oven is one of the finest commercial breads I am eating currently, besides Modern Bread. All other brands pale in comparison. It is flavourful, rightly sliced and remains soft even after a few days of refrigeration. All one has to do is lightly toast it on a non-stick pan and voila it’s ready to have a spread of butter, jam, cheese or peanut butter.
