New Balance Kid's 888 V2 Lace-Up Running Shoe

I hate these not in stock no more. I can't wait to get update so I buy way more. I love extra wide fit so perfect for my feet and toes. I wear kids shoes and adult these were perfect. I am really hoping that these come back in extra wide soon so I buy multi pairs.

My 6 year old Grand daughter has a brace that she wears from her foot to her knee., was going to buy another pair so she can wear her brace with them. The size needed was out of stock. We always have to buy 2 pairs of the same shoe so she can have normal shoes like everyone else. Its gets expensive when the same shoe a half size bigger is $20 or $30 more than the first pair purchased

So far, so good.I had noticed my childs ankles falling in and after reading some things online, I was led to these shoes as great support for inward ankle pronation.The reviews seemed hopeful as well as I see many child with similar issues or in need of special support use these shoes.I purchased these for 2 main reasons: To have supportive shoes, that after a few months of wear, we can take to the doctor to address our concerns of our child accurately. Secondly, to purchase good quality shoes that may help correct our childs walk by helping to strengthen and support the ankles.I photographed my childs ankles prior to wearing these. So far, after about a month of wearing these, it seems as though the ankle pronation has improved. While it is not fully corrected, it does seem that the shoes are helping. Perhaps it's coincidence, perhaps my child is growing out of the issue. But I personally feel it's the shoes that are helping.We will continue to wear these as the primary shoe to wear them out so the doctor can accurately assess our concerns.Very happy with this purchase and would definitely purchase more if it remains appropriate for our situation.For anyone searching for either just a nice pair of childrens sneakers or need a pair of shoes for better support, I would recommend.Will update review, as needed, if needed.

My daughter loves these. They are super cute and support her feet well. Her stance has improved since wearing these for about a month. The shoelaces are short — so short that they come untied almost immediately after tying them. After about two days of this I got new ones that have a zip tie and those work great — I also got them off Amazon for about $8. I noticed that these shoes run about a size smaller than other shoes — so small, that I had to return the 7 1/2’s I got for 8’s and now they’re perfect. You can see the difference between a set of size 8 Vans I got her when I overestimated her foot size compared with these and see that they’re still smaller. Overall, I would recommend these to other parents.

Skeptical abt purchasing sneakers for my toddlers tricky feet cause she will say everything is too tight. These fit perfect and we walked for hours with no complaints. New Balance are always comfy!

We bought these shoes for our two-year-old daughter, who wears orthotics. The fit was great. The extra wide was wide enough to accommodate her orthotics. Our only complaint is that the laces don't seem long enough. I will be buying adult sized laces so that we can close the shoe securely over her orthotics.Update: 1/21/22It is now a year later. Our daughter, who is now three, still wears orthotics. We still needed an extra wide shoe that will fit comfortably over her orthotics. We were so happy with the New Balance sneakers that we bought the same ones again, in a larger size. The fit and support are still great. We got around the laces issue by taking out the laces from the very top holes and this provided the added length so that we can tie them securely. Because of the orthotics, I check her feet after taking her shoes off at home to make sure there are no red irritations. So far, the fit has been great, and her therapists say she is walking better than ever.

I'm a big New Balance fan for my own feet, so I've been buying them for my children ever since they could walk. These particular ones are quite cute, and the rainbow kaleidoscope of colors are even more adorable in person. It was an instant hit with my 6 year old. As a great bonus, the laces tend to stay tied. A huge plus considering the time you save simply from not having to wait for your child to tie their shoes "all by myself!"So far, the shoes have survived a summer's worth of adventures without any obvious defect. At their age, my kids will outgrow the shoes before they have a chance to even become really worn, but I've never had any problem with the build quality of New Balance shoes and can easily hand these shoes down to friends with younger kids.

Loved these for my 8 year old son. They fit perfectly over his AFOs and he still had plenty of lace to still tie his shoes. We ordered based off of the size chart and they were perfect.

En la descripción indica talla 20MX, pero llegaron en talla 2 US para niños pequeños (3 a 6 meses), claramente no le quedaron a mi niño que usa talla 20MX (7 años), pero la calidad de la hechura y diseño son excelentes. No los volvería a comprar por la talla incorrecta, pero sin duda son tenis de calidad.

Pude hacer la devolución del producto sin costo, y me reembolsaron el dinero. Las zapatillas son de muy buena calidad y bonitas, pero eran demasiado pequeñas.

Hice la compra en talla 6.5 US (XW extra wide) que equivale a 24.5 Mex, para alguien del 25 Mex quedaron perfectos. Muy satisfecho con los colores y diseño, Los tenis lucen igual de bien que en las fotos.

Las tallas vienen muy grandes. Los mandé de regreso pues necesito dos tallas menos al menos.
