Life changer. Great suuport
After surgery 5 years ago I have been in pain since and rattling on painkillers after 2 days of wearing these style pants I can already notice the difference. Great support and very comfy as with other reviews I went 1 size bigger and they fit perfect.

Post vasectomy comfort
After reading another post about using these after a vasectomy I ordered the 3 pack for mine. I wore them for the week after the operation and it kept the poor little 2 veg in place and assisted with the recovery. Would highly recommend to any other man off to get the chop!Word of warning they are tight so I woul recommend ordering a size up from your usual! I am usually a medium and I ordered a large and the were still tight! Also good for sports!

Nice design. Feel quite tight for size. Maybe go a size up. Pouch is however a little small. Everything stayed in place.
