Great product
The clay is a bit tough at first but once you start molding it, it gets easier! It does take at least 24 hours to dry. This is my first time using it and it reminds me of adult version of play dough! I made a tic tac toe game that loooks like lucky charms. I hope to make more projects in the future! 10 outta 10 recommend!!

Better than crayola air dry clay!
This clay is some of the best on the market. Itโs soft enough to mold but durable enough to get those finer details in. You can also add water to soften it up a bit if you need and it doesnโt crack easily upon drying either! It does have a bit of an earthy smell like grass, but thatโs because itโs natural! The box stores the size of the clay perfectly and itโs 10 pounds so thereโs a lot!!! Perfect for the price.

Girl is heavy
The box when it gets there really doesn't look 10 lbs, but it is! I assure you! So far I've really been liking the clay. I've been using it to sculpt a ball jointed doll. It's has a couple cracks, but overall it does really good with a slow dry in a very neutral temperature. It's also really only cracked on spots that have gotten really really thin and there's no support to em. So I can't say I'm surprised by it. I don't see it as better or worse than any other clay I've used so yeah I love this stuff.

Hands down AMAZING!!!
My son and I love this clay!! It is very durable and pliable! You can work on the same piece for hours just by getting a damp paper towel and draping it over! I would not recommend air drying unless you plan to continue adding pieces before oven baking. This is due to the clay becoming very brittle if air dried. We have the best results by oven baking and sealing the finished pieces.

Wonderful activity for my grandchildren
I needed an activity for my 10 year old grandson and granddaughter and my 13 year old grandson. I wanted them to have fun and use their imagination. This clay was an overwhelming success. It kept them busy and they made various items( birds, turtles, fish, a bowl studded with rocks they found). They had a great time. I have enough clay left over that I am going to try my hand at creating a โmasterpiece!โ I thought the clay was moldable but put down wax paper so it doesnโt stick to the surface of the table. It had an earthy smell but I think thatโs how clay is supposed to smell. Overall, I am very pleased with the clay.

Easy to work with
Iโm totally a newbie sculpting with this type of clay. I know over practice and time Iโll get better at it. My advice for people like me getting into clay like this is to have patience and if you are using a structure as a frame or armature, mannequin etc; due to the weight or amount of clay you use it will crack. Thatโs because itโs holding a lot of moisture or water. Cracking is an easy fix. You just use fresh clay and water and cover the crack up. I made over a 12 inch high and like 30 lb piece. Castle Grayskull from HeMan. What I wrote here were my learning curves. It wasnโt the clay, it wasnโt defective. But this clay is very durable and easy to work with. It does carry a strong odor! I suggest wearing a mask or leave a window open nearby. Great product otherwise!

Unable to use.
When this was received it was completely dry and unusable. If it had been received correctly it would have been a good buy for the money. I do not know where the fault lies but since I ended up just throwing it away I can not give a better review. I did not return it because I was moving out of state and too much was going on.

Amaco 4630-3C Modeling Clay: Versatile, Consistent, and Ideal for Projects
I recently purchased the Amaco 4630-3C Air Dry Modeling Clay for a sculpting project and I am very happy with the product. The 10-pound size was perfect for my needs and the gray color was exactly what I was looking for. The clay air dries evenly and consistently, allowing me to easily sand and paint the final product. I would highly recommend this modeling clay to artists and hobbyists alike who are looking for a versatile and reliable material for their projects.

Garbage
Worked this clay for and HOUR!!!! And it kept splitting and wouldn't fold into itself smoothly like it should. My husband made a piece and he was gently sanding it and it broke in half total garbage

Covid boredom buster
We ordered thinking it was air clay, instead of air dry clay. Very heavy, kids still enjoyed it. Make sure to wrap it up. We wasted half because it dried out.
