Love this for our home gym!! Great Product!

Well built and a little heavy. Nice and wide, non-slip, so it doesn't feel like I'm slipping off of it like my Bosu.

This is perfect for basic balance training exercises utilizing the flat and ball bases. Some reviews stated that the ball was complicated to inflate. If you have ever inflated a bicycle tire, the pump has a similar locking mechanism: I used the wide needle and placed it into the end of the pump. Push down on the lever and it’s locked and ready to use.

Ball appears sturdy and well made. Delivery was lengthy and questionable.

I love my new bosu. I prefer the texture and hardness of this one to the Name Brand, and the black looks awesome in my home gym

I have now owned this balance trainer for over a year. It continues to perform as expected with no defects or issues. I would buy this again and would still recommend it as it is a great value for the price of similar products.Over six months in: I have now used this half balance trainer for just over 6 months. I use this approx. 3 to 5 times a week as I stated in my initial review below. I have had no issues with this product and would recommend this to anyone looking for a half balance trainer.Initial review: I bought this brand after researching multiple half balance trainers. Most of the reviews were good with some really poor ones mixed in for this brand. For half the price of the name brand model, I decided to take a chance. I have owned this now for a month and use it at least 5 days a week. I had no problems airing it up with the pump that was provided. I did not insert the plug completely at first as I did some trial and error with the proper inflation amount for my weight. After getting it to the firmness that I liked, I pushed the plug in tight. As of one month, I have not had any loss of air and the balance trainer has had no problems. I like the rigid texture of the ball and feel comfortable on it while holding weights in my hands and doing exercises with movement to strengthen my core.So far so good. I will try to follow up at the six month point to give an update.

THERE IS NO EXERCISE SHEET TO SHOW YOU WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THIS BALL AND THE DIRECTIONS DO NOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH TO INFLATE EITHER BALL. I FEEL WHEN YOU PAY THIS MUCH FOR SOMETHING, IT REALLY SHOULD INCLUDE PROPER INFLATION AND USE OF EQUIPMENT DIRECTIVES! YES, I CAN RESEARCH THE INTERNET FOR SUCH INFO, BUT ALL PRODUCTS ARE DIFFERENT AND EACH SHOULD INCLUDE THEIR OWN SET OF DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS!

I really like how solid and tough the half ball is. It was easy to inflate, feels sturdy and I’m able to do my exercises like I’m in a regular gym. The black color and basketball-esque texture looks great too. I’m happy with the purchase.

We got this instead of shelling out for a Bosu. It is great quality and the ribbed surface prevents slipping. You need to use an electric air pump since the one that is sent in the package is useless. Even with the electric air pump, it takes about 30 minutes to inflate. It has stayed inflated so all good.
