They can to a degree tighten muscles over time. But they cannot burn fat. But if you're burning fat you still have saggy muscles to deal with, so this sort of device can be complementary.After my first night's session of 20 minutes, which felt like a bunch of peas being pelted at my chest, I thought nothing of it... when I awoke next morning, I felt some muscle soreness like after a deep massage. So drink lots of water afterward too. So this device IS doing what it's supposed to.I dont think this won't make me look like Mr Universe on its own, but I think it is a tool to complement exercise with and still get some initial toning and definition in. If nothing else they'll replace my old TENS devices.It also costs less than the TENS devices I have. And delivers more power than the AAA battery units, though I wish these had easily replaceable batteries.The accompanying arm bands can be used in place of those other TENS devices, whose wires are irritating to deal with.So for many reasons, I like this set.Lastly, order replacement gel pads as they are also fairly inexpensive. They're also a LOT easier to deal with than the tube goo I bought to make the old TENS device's pads stick again and that tube goo was a mess to deal with no matter how well it worked.

It’s an interesting gadget! It comes with stimulator parts for the abs, arms, legs, and hips. All parts to this set are made of good materials; the instructions are clear; and using it is easy. It works by sending electric pulses through the muscles, which causes them to contract and relax in a measured rhythm. It is powered by a rechargeable battery, and it can plug into a computer, power pack, or wall charger. It’s quite effective, and I can do other things, like dishes or laundry, while using it. It is not painful if used gradually. You can also tone all body parts at the same time if you choose. I’m starting with just abs.The ab stimulator, for example, has a control panel enabling me to use it in 10 different strength modes. Clearly, I need to progress slowly through each mode. My stepdaughter recommended that I use it 20 minutes at 1-2 times per day for about 6-8 weeks. Essentially, I will advance to a higher mode every 5 days. I’m excited about seeing progress!To clean the parts, because you may sweat, just wipe them down with a soft disinfectant wipe.

The user manual isn't the easiest thing to interpret - I wish it had pictures to fill in the places where I didn't quite understand the instructions. But eventually I figured it out and following instructions to adhere the electrodes on my waist and stomach, I plugged in the triggers and whoosh my abs and obliques were getting a workout. I've only just started using it but I can feel it in the muscles as if I did the equivalent time of crunches. Worth the small amount of money spent on this.

Come in a good size package with 3 devices. I am happy they gave 3 charges so I can charge 3 devices all at once. They include extra gel pad although they didn’t mention.The gel pad is very stable, I have tried other brand which need to insert AA battery and it’s too heavy that the part keep coming off, this one stay on my body well.However, the display devices for abs is a bit easy to come off so be careful, but I like it shows the level of the stimulation.I used level 5 for abs the first time , it feels sore after use but I feels so good cos it’s like finishing a workout without really need to workout 😂When it’s in the process, the tummy feels weird , it moves up and down and the feeling is like someone punching you but not hurting. I did sweat after that. And some abs line show after first use.I used level 4 for inner legs and arms and they looks tighter after the 1st session( I am skinny type)Overall I think this device works well , compare to other band with the same levels , this device is stronger! I hope I can get my abs before summer!

I had bought a similar small product at the mall for muscle pain relief, which works amazingly. So I decided to give this electro stimulator a shot hoping to tighten my unwanted areas; I am not going to lie; I was a bit skeptical about it at first, but it sure proved me wrong; you can feel your muscle tightening, and when its release is incredible I use it 15 minutes per day. JustMake sure you cover after every use with original plastic not to damage the adhesive other than that; I am delighted and recommend it.

During the pandemic, I sit a lot at home from work from home. And there is no way to go out for gym or any sort of outdoor exercise... This is perfect for this time and me. It stimulates your core muscles. So far so good. I have only used it for a short time. My wife saw me using it and now she is interested in using it on her butt... lol

This is the most interesting fitness equipment I have ever used. When the current stimulates the muscle, I can clearly feel the muscle contraction. I try to use it for half an hour every day, and now I clearly feel the changes in my muscles, it seems to be harder than before. Very suitable for use after daily training! Very recommended!

Respecto al producto es tal cual como aparece en la foto, carga muy rápido. Tiene una muy buena potencia es como lo esperaba. Al momento de comprar incluir las almohadillas por que trae pocos repuestos. Respecto a la entrega, hice el pedido desde el 19 de diciembre y fue despachado sólo hasta el martes 5 de enero por los temas de situación sanitaria pero llegó el 7 de enero, muy, muy rápido después del envío, la transportadora (UPS) tiene personal muy amable.

As you can see in this video, I found it way more hilarious than he did. Give these a try! I'm currently using these for toning my arms. I'll update if I get super ripped!!

the unit is intuitive so it doesn't matter!The gel backers on these pads are authentic! They stick so very well that I wish my TENS unit pads were this good.There are three pads and three controllers. There are an abdomen pad and two horizontal pads. I use the horizontal pads the most. They work well on my arms and legs.It was cheap and seems to work well.

It comes with a big one and two small one, and one 3 head micro-usb charging cable, so you could charge both three at the same time (which I really surprise), and also come with 5 more silicon pad for substitute. And it is very easy to use, 6 different models, and 9 levels in each model. By the way level 9 is really strong when you wear it for your biceps ( you could punch your own face if you try the level 9 haha :), all my families were laughing at me ) Anyway it is a nice product for me, I suggest you buy it when you form the habit of working out, it can stimulate your muscles and help you relax your muscles.

A wonderful product to use. I order it and was a bit worried whether it will be useful or not. But, to my surprise it is really easy to use, relieves pain, easy to stick and remove, quite effective. I recommend this product to other users.
