The Action Bible: God's Redemptive Story Hardcover – Illustrated, 1 Sept. 2020

I found this so easy to follow! It's really difficult to understand the bible considering there's so many names and events going on not to mention the time period there are so many details it can get confusing. If you find hard to follow all along the storyline not knowing what's going on with people and events this book actually illustrates all the main bits and uses snippets of biblical scriptures for a dynamic read. I would definitely suggest this book for new Christians and readers who are keen to understand the bible but are finding it overwhelmingly difficult to follow. It won't have EVERY scene but main events and most of the focal point that you should know when it comes to where the story is going. Keep in mind there is dialogue that is obviously the authors interpretation of what would be said by the characters (Which seem very believable even though could not find them in the bible) if that matters to you. Just make sure you have a discerning mind. Just an amazing book and also if you look at the images they really work well to detail things you may have overlooked. The writer also explains snippet details of which event he is illustrating and actually even helps to iron out time periods ocassionally. Basically it's an informative book in surprising ways. I'm an illustrator graduate myself so I definitely say this is really amazing level stuff the illustrator invested a lot of time into this!! This is absolutely a solid investment for the easily confused Christian.

Great illustration

As a practicing Christian adult, this novel was so edifying as it gave a visual presentation of the event in the Holy Bible. With the visuals I understood many events in the Bible. It’s accurately chronological and doesn’t stray. Some of the adult stuff on the Bible are carefully shrouded for the younger readers. This is perfect for all ages. I bought it for my child but I’m the one who reading it before my child got their hands on it! It’s that good!

What makes the bible hard to read and remember? Typically you might think all the thou, thy and wilt nots? Well who said religion can’t be fun? With this action bible gone are the dusty old illustrations and they are replaced by some truly memorable and beautiful artwork by a marvel and DC artist. This takes the popular style seen in modern comics and displays in in bible stories. I’m an adult looking to reconnect and find ways to boost my bible knowledge so I can teach my kids about Christianity. The more I read the action bible, the more I like it and it’s hard to put down. In a very subtle way it has rekindled my faith and made me want to learn more. That’s really a key thing in this day and age. Teach us the bible in fun ways. Now it is summarised short stories over the course of the bible that are easy to pick up and read and then if you like you can go and read the full bible to continue the finer details. I really strongly recommend this for people of all ages, especially comic book fans! This is a beautiful hard back book. Can’t say enough good things about it

The best 👌 This Bible is really great and inspiring. To be honest it does really matter the age you are, (children of the Most High) so this bible is really amazing, I could see the work and effort that was put unto this book👏

It's a really beautiful book with the visuals and artistic approach go the Bible. Definitely worth buying for yourself or for family or friends.
