The frame, matting, and hardware are good value for money. I can also say that if you call, you'll get great service (but my E-mail request went nowhere). When I spoke to an employee, they were able to send a replacement matte for my diploma, which was an old one on real parchment and needed a smaller opening. I really appreciated their attention and follow-through.

Well packed, gorgeous frame with gold colored accents and matte. Backing could be sturdier but easy to remove and insert MD specialty certificate. Looks as nice as much more expensive frames.

Frame and Matt are high quality. Glass with real wood frame. Gold trim highlights the diploma nicely. This was also packaged very professionally.

I purchased this frame to hold my graduate school diploma. Overall, it gets the job done. My only issue is that the order arrived over a week late, but other than that, I would recommend this frame.
