Brigss HealthCare DMI Incontinent Pants, Pull-On Style (Large, 38" to 44" Waist)

Its designed to be worn as a water proof later over cloth diaper however I use them as added protection over disposable briefs... these work well for as they are thick but fairly silent under pants. They contain odors from bms and add one more layer of protection in the even of leakage. I cant say how many times these saved my khakis from getting soaked. They have enough room to cover a fairly thick brief and are good to use with even cloth like briefs. Tena Supers compliment these pretty well (they hold alot these keep them in place and prevent the odors escaping) I recommend wearing when going to the movies or times when you changing a messy brief would be hard (such as church or other times you have good clothes on).
