i don't make a habit of reviewing except for exception products. If you're a type 1 diabetic who works hard to keep your blood sugars under control, but sees regular, unexplained spikes and drops related to hormone changes, lack of sleep, the weather, or the fact that it's a Thursday, this is the supplement for you. i researched each of the ingredients individually and found clinical trials have been conducted on some of them with promising results (check out pubmed). It doesn't claim to cure diabetes or any outlandish nonsense like that, but diabetes is a full time job for me because I'm so stinking sensitive to EVERYTHING!! And this supplement was a challenge for the first two weeks. My levels went nuts, mostly dropping. But once I acclimated, it kinda shaved the highs and lows off and found me a middle ground. Now my A1C isn't great just because I have enough crazy lows to balance out the highs...it's good because they're all in normal range, which is what you want if you'd like to live without complications like neuropathy, blindnesss...etc etc. Spiking and dropping is hard on the body. This is like manna from heaven.I'm considering growing miyataki mushroom (aka Grifola frondosa, which is one of the ingredients) myself. $30 a month for good sugars is worth it, but still pricey when you add it to the already outrageous cost of strips, infusion sets, insulin..etc etc. My recommendation, take it at the same time twice a day. Best not to do it before bed so you dont' crash overnight. This will let you monitor its effects a little easier and perhaps make the adjustment time a little shorter for you than it was for me. I'm just praying my body doesn't decide it's getting used to this stuff and stop responding (that's happened with so many things) but it's worked for almost a month. If I'm going to adjust, my body usually calls it quits on a new supplement after a week or two tops. Here's hoping!

Bought this for my boyfriend who has been struggling with lack of energy. We haven’t seen much change yet, but we are hopeful. I’ve read nothing but good reviews and have had success with other products in the past!

No difference. I just didn’t see a difference in my over all health.

My naturopathic doctor placed me on Glycoscia to treatment my pre-diabetic condition. Since taking the Glycoscia, I'm happy that it helps to keep my glucose numbers low.
