Very different on my feet. Little getting use to. They feel great. I have them in my work boots and what a great feeling. My right toe hurts no longer. In sports shoes they are very refreshing to my whole foot and toes.

My Back is 80% Better!!
I have spinal Stenosis & have had 3 injections this year = NO Benefit at all.I used these inserts & in approx. 3 days I could tell the difference.... after two weeks I am still in the 80% improvement bracket & am able to do so much more of normal household dutiesI strongly recommend -"GIVE IT A TRY".

Great for a job where you’re standing a lot!
My husband loves these for his standup desk. He says they really hey his back. The only reason I took off one star is because I can’t fit into my pair. When I cut them, my heel still doesn’t test on the proper spot.
