fan motor bearings shot.
I am a woodturner and need a respirator. I bought this product and thought it was a great design and worked well for 2 years until the fan bearing gave out and when I took it apart I could not replace the motor fan assembly. As a retired mechanical engineer, I was disappointed in that this product did not last as expected. Originally thought this as a quality design, I now retract that.I can't even find the company to discuss my problem. I have sent a letter to an address in Florida's with no response in 2 months. Where can I get customer service? any one have an address? I feel I have wasted some $700 pn this device

Great Customer Service
I have had a little problem with my Powercap, as my head seems small, I really have to pull the straps all the way tight to get it to stay in place on my head. I also added pads inside the helmet to help with stabilizing it on my head. I have used it for 2 years when I am turning wood on my lathes.I recently contacted the company to inquire if there was a replacement cover with strap. The very nice Product Manager , Shanna, sent me a replacement cover even though the cap was out of warranty. I have gotten so used to using the Powercap, that now I feel naked turning with just a safety shield.

Great bit of kit but very expensive so that's where it drops a star
I have a full beard and this wonderful bit of kit is the only thing I can use to get well into the very high 90%'s. Get used to the motor noise and cold face and you soon forget it is there. You go to scratch you nose and poke yourself in the screen. Working mask free, safety glasses free, goggles free is awesome. NO FOG or laboured breathing after 30years in the wood game is epic! Getting work to buy me one for when I'm there is taking some convincing!

Air flow indicator does not work
The mask seems to be a good product. But unfortunately the additional supplied air flow indicator, only rigestor's in the red zone even when fully charged. Which is very disconcerting when using a safety product. The manufacturer's are well away of this fault and seem very reluctant to short it. You would hope when purchasing an expensive product, it would work 100% .

superb airflow
keeps the dust out and the visor clear, but for the money would have expected a rigid visor rather than a thin flexible plastic one, so although this is a good unit i am not sure it is really very good value for the money.
