I ordered 2 of these to use as sofa covers, in an effort to keep my dog from damaging my sofa any more than he already has. In that regard, I am not disappointed. The material is sturdy enough to stand up to my 90 pound pit bull, and soft enough to make an excellent sofa cover. The colors are bright and the sample photos seem to accurately represent them. Additionally, I am a Prime member, so I ordered these on a Friday and received them on Sunday afternoon; thanks, Amazon, for the lightning fast shipping! My only complaint is that I ordered 2 of the x-large red blankets, but received an x-large red and an x-large burgundy. While this might sound like a minor difference, the burgundy one has no blue or yellow in it and is noticeably different. While disappointing, I'm not going to return it or anything, it's acceptable looking for my needs and I'd probably order again, I just wonder why the crew at the fulfilment center can't seem to perform basic tasks like matching similar colored items together. Based on other reviews, this is apparently a trend someone should look into. I feel like a chimp could probably be trained to match like colored blankets with some degree of accuracy.

I ordered two of these in different colors. I got two in the same color combination. I asked for red. Got eye-punching pink. There's no red in either one of them.If the things were needed to fit into an interior design palette, I'd send them back. But that's not what I need them for: I use these serape-like throws on the bed, so my little dog can sleep there without getting hair all over the human's bedding. For that purpose, they're fine: the things are washable, thin enough that you don't overheat when it's thrown over your own blanket, and tightly woven enough to catch the fine dog hair emitted by a corgi. I wanted several of them so I don't have to wash bedding every single day of the week. These will give me three fake serapes, plus three other throws, limiting the laundry trick to once a week, and since they're not in the living room where the humans would see them, I'll keep them for that reason.,It is, however, da*ned deceptive to tell you they'll send you X color when they have no intention of doing so. If I could find a local retailer that sells them, I'd buy them here. Suggest you look for the product in your area, especially if you live in the Southwest, before ordering sight unseen fromAmazon.Someone else complained that the hems come unraveled on these items. I found that to be true with the first one I bought some weeks ago: this would be because the hems are sewn with nylon fishing-line type thread, which of course is too slippery to hold. It does pull out. This is easily remedied if you have a sewing machine: just run a new seam up each side using a zig-zag stitch. Wait, though, until the fishing line unravels, so you can get rid of that stuff first. ;-) Hey! Who has anything better to do with her time, eh?

Pretty, great colors, tiny bit scratchy washes well just warm enough in ac.Been using as my primary blanket. Washed it three times. Comes out fine each time.I really wanted a cotton blanket like this. For the price I thought I'd try this acrylic. I really want it to take on flights with me.A. I'm short, so the length and width are perfect.B. It's thin enough and light enough to roll for my carry on.C. It's warm for a cold flight or changing regional temps. (Hawaii to Kansas city in the winter)D. It's also small enough use as a large scarf, and large enough to use as a sofa nap blanket or single person is n bedMy only complaint....and I knew it came this way....is the fringe. It tickles my arm or face when using.Colors are vibrant and have stayed that way.

I bought a blanket when I was flying into New Mexico and picked one up at the air port. I loved it. Only problem was it was a little to small to,cover up with at night. So my search was on. The blanket I had was 100% acrylic and that is what I wanted to stay with. This particular blanket was beautiful and the blend I wanted. The only downside is that it's totally flat whereas the one I bought in New Mexico has raised areas giving in more depth and making not so thin. Regardless of it being a little bit on thin side I love the vibrant colors and it's remarkably warm. I have washed it twice already and no color has bleeding as occurred so far. The tassels are very thin and approximately 2 inches apart from each other where my other blanket has shorter thick tassels that are only maybe a half inch away from each other. Only flaw of the blanket. Comparing the two blankets I can easily feel the one bought in New Mexico was made with a much thicker material. I give this 5 stars anyway because it is very made and has beautiful vibrant colors.

I bought 5 of these blankets to use as upholstery for a 1960 Buick Le Sabre. They were heavy with a thick, tight weave which is perfect for my application. They arrived quickly and the seller did excellent follow up with emails for tracking and even a short note thanking me for my purchase.After I looked at the blankets in the car, the bright colors were overwhelming as a whole and I decided to tone it down a bit. I returned them within a week, no static whatsoever, and my credit card was quickly reimbursed. I have decided to go with the same blankets but in a black/white/grey color scheme. I haven't yet re-ordered, but i will definitely buy them from this company when I do. I was extremely happy with the quality of the blankets; I wanted to avoid the fluffy, loose weave that is sometimes associated with this type of blanket, and these were perfect. I love the blanket I was sent. it doesn’t look anything like the picture but I still love it. It is a little smaller than I thought it would be and it’s not as smooth and shiny as I thought it would be but I still love it
