More durable but not as nice looking as the other option
This magnetic sheet sleeve is great for hanging signs on metal doors or cabinets. While they call this a "shop ticket holder," keep in mind that these are certainly less heavy-duty than the traditional style of shop ticket holder with the woven edging and grommet. This is basically just two sheets of clear vinyl fused together at the edges with magnet strips stuck on the back. There are two commonly-found types of these sleeves. In addition to this "Magnetic shop ticket holder," there is another one called the "Cubicle Keeper" with a black background that is made of polypropylene (which is thin and floppy--it's basically a 3-ring binder sheet protector with magnets on the back). This shop ticket holder is a thicker, stronger vinyl material, so it is stiffer and more durable than the cubicle keeper. The disadvantage is that it doesn't look as nice because the back layer is clear and you can see the magnetic strips behind (even with a sheet of paper inside you can see them along the edges, as shown in the product photo). This gives it a somewhat unfinished look. The cubicle keeper has a black background layer which hides the magnetic strips and also provides sort of a black trim around the sign you insert (although it's tough to keep it even all the way around so it also has present-ability issues). One other thought... from a storage point of view, the box that these come in is crappy. Many sheet protector products come in a reusable box that's suitable for product storage as well, but this one is a fold-together cardboard box that is difficult to re-close and doesn't stay shut very well.So in summary, of the two common choices, this is the more durable of the two, but not as nice looking as the other. If they made the cubicle-keeper in vinyl, that would be the perfect combo.
