Ok would be better if app worked
Easy to put together and good low impact exercise. Disappointed with the app that does not work, company know about the problems with app and state they are working on it

Great product, really works out my legs and works on your balance, just a shame the VR app doesn’t work.

VR code doesn't work. Part of frame missing.
We were so excited to receive the Aeroski exercise machine. Unfortunately there is a piece missing and the VR codes don't work. We have been in touch with Aeroski and they have said it is not their problem, it is Amazon's problem!!! In fairness to Amazon, they have offered us a discount but no replacement part and not resolution to the VR issue. Very ver disappointed.

Headset broke straight out the box!
The machine itself is really fun - the whole family us had a go, and we really like it - we’ve only had it for a week so not sure how long the bands will last based on other reviews, but so far so good. The headset, however, broke on the first go before we’d even got it on - the fixing snapped (see picture). I tried calling the helpline (tried twice, overseas call centre with very strong accents so it was actually quite hard to communicate) but was told to get it fixed the whole thing (machine and all) had to be sent back - which is obviously crazy for one tiny part of the smallest bit! And we’ve thrown out the packaging already (there was a lot) so not really practical. Also not sure about the massive label on the headset saying the products can expose you to cancerous chemicals (- why on Earth would you make something like that?!) Thinking we might just look for an alternative headset... (or my husband thinks we can fix it with some glue and a bit of plastic ourselves but I’m a bit freaked out by that label for something you’re supposed to wear for healthy excercise). And it’s definitely not ideal for £200! Three stars for the machine only (it is fun), but the headset is a total waste of money.

Breaks after only two weeks
It arrived on the 15th, we didn't even use it every day and after only 2 weeks the tension straps started breaking and its not possible to get replacements.

No obvious physical benefit
It's easy to put together, sturdy and looks good but it doesn't seem to have any positive exercise benefit.

Super matériel, je vois les critiques mais pour moi je l'ai reçu complet .pour vraiment avoir des résultats je vous conseille d'utiliser des coaches en lignes avec des différents exercices et postures pour tous les niveaux.bon entrainement
