Please be aware that this is an extremely high dose of vitamin D. This is only really required by people with a medical vitamin D deficiency. I ordered these thinking the more vitamin D the better, but it appears that 2000% the recommended daily allowance can cause serious - even life-threatening - effects. The recommended dose for people without a clinical vitamin D deficiency is 10-25 micrograms.I gave a three star review because the product doesn't make this information immediately available, but if you need this for medical reasons, the pill size is nice and small and there really are a lot of pills for your money.Just check what your personal vitamin D requirements is before ordering these.
