Perfect Slide Gloves.
I have been longboarding for over a decade now and i have used alot of slide gloves but i always come back to trip8 because they seem to be the most durable while still breathable. keep your fingers up when sliding! pucks last a nice long time and the velcro will still be sticky even after years and multiple pucks worth of use. These gloves are also perfect "Bail" gloves, lets just say your hands will thank you for falling with the gloves rather than without.

these gloves are just dandy
the pucks they come with are loud and thin, but the gloves themselves are quite nice.

Exceptional gloves
When I got my freebord about 3 weeks ago, I immediately knew that I was going to need slide gloves. So I shopped a bit and I found these. I also found another pair by triple 8 with a finger and thumb puck as well, but I chose the more dexterous option. The puck does what itâs supposed to, slide, and provides just enough friction to create a point on which you can pivot. The fingertips are indeed Kevlar but itâs thin, and the thread retaining the Kevlar is not itself Kevlar. That being said, if the gloves are being used properly you wonât need them. The puck has hook Velcro on the back, and the gloves themselves have the loop pads on the palms. The palm side of all of the fingers are leather, however only the index finger of each glove has leather on the back as well. This gives the gloves breatheability that I quite like.I bought these as a protective measure for my hands, not as a platform for trick slides, and they have done this job nicely. The other gloves might be better for learning, as they wonât get ripped up as soon.

Solid gloves fingers tear easy so be careful with them
Gloves are very comfortable, mesh back so it breathes nicely. Only problem I had was after a couple uses I found if I accidentally hit the fingers on the ground while sliding they rip. If you have a problem with your fingers hitting the ground I'd suggest getting the gloves that have the palm and finger pads.

Not much to complain about. Save your hands get em.
Fits my large hands. Could use finger sliders to avoid damaging the material on your fingers but with practice you can keep your fingers off the concrete and you have more mobility in the hands without them when you arenât sliding or slowing down. Very glad I got these makes me feel much safer. When crashing I always go hands first so the slide pucks take a fair amount of impact force, then your onto your knees, arms and hips which need their own protection. Even if you donât plan on getting fancy with sliding I feel every longboarder should wear these or similar to stop yourself on the hill thatâs way faster than you thought it would be.

Good quality for a good price
I've owned Blood Orange Knuckles and Sector 9 BHNC gloves, and these are definitely nice in comparison. The mesh back keeps the glove flexible and the leather is durable but not so thick that it makes wearing them uncomfortable. The puck is thin but heavy duty. Kevlar fingertips are always a plus if you're not gonna have pucks on your fingers. These are as nice as a good chunk of slide gloves out there but they're cheaper.

Much better than I expected
These gloves honestly ended up being much higher quality than I expected them to be. They are mad of a combination of leather, elastic/polyester, and kevlar woven polyester for the fingertips. The fingers are pretty thin, but they fit me decently well. They seem stiff at first, but they just need a bit of breaking in, and they start to get pretty comfortable.

Finger tip seams poor fit uncomfortable
Finger tips inner glove seem irregular, some have large hard seams, others are fine. A couple ,of the fingers very tight, other loose. Poor quality control for the price.

Fantastic
This product is great. The reviews stating the gloves are tearing are from beginners that don't have experience using slide gloves. Keep your fingers off the ground just use the puck on the floor.
