Neil Med NASA Drops Saline Vials, 15 Single-Use Ampoules, 0.5 Fl Oz

We love Neil Med in this house. I used this on my 1yo because he had a cold. It did its job and was easy to use. Perfect to have in the medicine cabinet.

Worked well for us. Felt the vials were a tad big for the nebulizer we were using. I usually ended up having to toss out the remaining liquid that wouldn’t fit into my nebulizer. But other than that, good product

Great product! Great for any age really. I’ve been using this for years for my chronic sinus problems. Besides regular irrigation with the larger Neilmed bottle I use this for quick irrigation when allergies are bad, or when away from home. Very convenient.

I traveled to Africa for 5 weeks and rinse my nose daily so I needed something that traveled well and I didn’t need to source clean water for it as well. Got all of the dust and dirt out! Great product will totally buy again

These are marketed for baby noses but I figured they'd work on my nose...nope They are sized so that pretty much anything bigger than the nose of a kid (maybe early elementary) will not work. They don't form a seal in my adult nostril so they just spray water and make a mess. I though this would be a good travel option vs the nasal rinse but didn't work for me. As for the intended use....I'd expect them to work well enough for a kid but I can't say if the seal would be there (I suspect it would be) but one will need to ensure enough force to push the water up and through. I am not sure how well this would work on a less than wiling child. *****UPDATE***** I am ordering these again because another reviewer made an amazing suggestion...Depending on the reason you are interested in these vials this suggestion may make these perfect. As mentioned by another reviewer I use them as nose drops and a sort of 'make shift' nasal rinse when traveling and something larger/more appropriate isn't practical to carry with me. For example, when I fly I have a pediatric NeilMed squeeze bottle that works great in a hotel room, but I can't dig that out on the plan, fill it and use it....just not something I feel comfortable doing. However, I can take one of these vials in the bathroom of the plane, use as NOSE DROPS and then that moisture allows me to blow all the gunk out...it takes quite a few drops and a few tries (so practice at home). While it is far from elegant or even lady like, it makes a world of difference when the person next to you smells so strong of perfume, smoke or anything and next thing you know your nose is stuffy and the post nasal drip is making you miserable. It works for so many circumstances....a work meeting when the guy next me used the break to smoke (If you'd like to smoke, I believe that is your personal right..... Smoke if you'd like but don't complain when I start sneezing your direction!!!) So, after telling him he smelled awful and moving to another table I took my nose drops and went to the bathroom...I had to reapply my make up but at least I could breathe. I buy these often now and use for times when my nose is under an unexpected attack and I end up with post nasal drip. Everyone's symptoms are different but my suggestion is to try them as nose drops by closing your throat, as to not inhale the water, then squeezing half a vial in one side. Then tilt head to opposite direction and the water will come out the other nostril - of course, do this over a sink. It won't rinse the gunk out, but it adds enough water so that then you should be able to blow quite a bit out - at least it works for me. Hope this helps someone out there.

I got introduce to this product by my sister who was using it for her son when I visited her in Singapore. It did help me with my daughter’s congestion in nasal area. So once back i ordered the same from Amazon and it’s been our saviour during cough n cold days and also helps my 2 year sleep better

I use these when I go on holiday and I can’t take my normal bottle and sachets. They aren’t as good but they do help my nose and sinuses and it’s a relief to have something I can use.

This product allows me to breath!,, i have bad sinus issues and this allows me to relieve them quickly and also when im abroad as i dont want to use the water from the tap. Five star product it makes my life so much better!

I travel for a living constantly changing climates and hotels. I found when I made a habit of irrigating my nose with these I stopped having sinus infections. It's just like a neti pot, but way less hassle and stress!
