I received my product today and the lvlp rinse tip will not attach, the solution just runs down the sides and pools on the top. What should i do?

Can I use this product along with my neti-pot that I use everynight?

Yes. If you are using your Neti-Pot, there should be no need to use it with the LVLP Tip, but you can definitely use it in concert with the two other Tips that are included.

Why cant we buy this product in California

?? I'm in Los Angeles and I bought this identical product from Amazon last week. I also bought the extra strength product that comes with a green can. I used to buy it at my local Rite-Aid but it's over-priced there.
