False description, this is for a small pan.

How long it will last and durability has yet to be determined but it cover my 16 inch fry pan.

Not 16.9" diameter
The item description clearly states 16.9" diameter but it is more like 11". I got this for a very large cast iron pan and this screen does not fit. The item was accepted for a return, I have yet to see if everything goes smoothly with that.

NOT AS ADVERTISED! Buyer beware. Read reviews.
Not as advertised. It’s 16.9” from outside rim to end of handle. I should have read the reviews. For the price you’d expect it be as advertised. Why doesn’t Amazon pull this vendor considering all the same complaints?

NOT 16.9 inches
Received item. Decent screen. However it is NOT 16 inches.To process refund I had to send it back to the U.K. AND I LIVE IN THE USA. It cost $24.50 to return it. Come on Amazon. You are better then this (or are you?). Pull the item and revise it to 11.5 inches. You have “one job”!!!

This is NOT AS DESCRIBED
I was looking for the largest splatter screen I could find. This Fackelmann is described as 16.9 " DIAMETER, diameter is a cross section of a CIRCLE. This is not 16.9 inches, it is 11 1/2". I am returning it. I was supposed to give as a gift tomorrow, now I can't. I'd give ZERO stars but can't.

Guter Spritzschutz
Ich hatte genau die gleichen Fakelmann-Spritzschutz schon seit Jahren im Einsatz. Nach einigen jahren ist einer davon defekt gewesen (der äußere Ring war gebrochen).Das Gute ist, dass es diesen Spritzschutz noch immer gab, und der Neue exakt zu den Alten passt!

La tenemos en casa muerta de la risa porque usarla tiene el mismo efecto que no usarla, es decir, que todo se llena de aceite al freír
