I really like this whisk. I appreciate the fact that it is silicone and not metal like most whisks are. I hate the scraping sound caused by the metal and I am afraid that the metal will damage my cookware. The silicone is flexible enough for it to be super easy to clean without damaging it. But it is rigid enough to mix the ingredients well. The color is great and matches the other StarPack cooking utensils very well.The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the handle holds water. The other StarPack utensils are one piece and I love that I don't have to worry about trapped water, but I do have to worry about that with this whisk. It's not a deal breaker and I've just learned to shake it out well and let it air dry whisk side down in order to drain all of the water out. But it is a nuisance when I (or my husband) forget to do that and we are greeted with a stream of water when we pick it up to put it away or use. I'm not sure if this could be made with one solid piece of silicone, but if it was I would definitely upgrade to that one instead.

I needed a silicone whisk to protect nonstick pans, but I need the covered wires to be thin enough to do a good job. This whisk fits the bill.

I purchased this whisk for one reason only. I wanted a whisk that I could use without undue concern in non-stick pans. This whisk certainly fills that need perfectly. In addition, it seems to function extremely well on sticky things, allowing me to use a whisk without concern about the cleanup to follow.I like the way it works. It is stiff enough to work through thicker solutions and still light enough to use without tiring. The wires are somewhat larger than a conventional whisk of course, so that causes a bit more "drag" as it works through the product. But still, it works quite well. And for the main purpose, I have not noticed even the slightest mar of any sort in any of my pans. I can now feel at ease when using a whisk in non-stick. That alone is enough to recommend.I would be cautious however if using this a lot. I suspect the silicone will wear with heavy use. It probably would be good to examine it once in a while before putting it to use in an expensive pan..!!

I bought this specifically to whip up my beverages. I love it because it is softly coated to not scratch surfaces and I can twirl it easily in my hands. The battery powered whisks I bought before this were only good until the batteries wore out, the wire whisk fell out of the handle, or they were too powerful and splattered ingredients out of the glass. This is easy to control and will last for years. Plus it is very simple to clean!

This whisk is a must for anyone that uses non-stick pots and pans. It's ideal for stirring sauces / gravy in a non-stick pot with worrying about scratching your cookware. When I first opened the package, it seemed smaller then what I was expecting. However when I used if for the first time it worked perfectly and the size wasn't an issue. The loops of silicone coated metal that make the whisk are ridged enough not to bend when working with a thick sauce, however don't expect to be able to stir anything too dense with them. Also, the silicon keeps the food from sticking and makes this whisk so much easier to clean than my old metal one. My only complaint was the shipping package. The whisk was shipped by itself in a simple paper envelope with no protection. It was flattened out when I received it, but I was able to reshape it with a little work. Overall a great additional to my kitchen and a must have for anyone with nonstick cookware!

Works well.

Have used this whisk for 2 months of relatively light use (about twice a week) and it has fallen apart.
