Silhouette AmericaMedia-IRD-ADH Iridescent Sticker Paper

This sticker paper is so beautiful! It's got a vibrant iridescent shine and is semi-transparent. Most any sticker you make of it will look amazing. I use it to create beautiful stickers for my stationary shop and they've become extremely popular in part by the gorgeous effects of this paper. With that said, it is not the easiest material to work with. It took some trial and error to print & cut this paper as a quality die cut sticker. I did end up wasting a half a package the process. I would highly suggest having extra if you're working with this material for the first time. If you're going for quality enough to sell, here is what has worked for me:1. Color prints look nice but black looks best to contrast with the iridescent nature of this material. I print with an Epson ecotank inkjet printer, matte paper settings on good quality. Any settings that won't lay down a ton of excess ink should work.2. This material picks up finger prints like no one's business and you can't clean them off so do not directly touch it! In addition, the ink is likely to smear unless dried for a full day. Water will also cause bleeding so it's not waterproof out the box. This material needs to be laminated! Laminating solved all of these problems. I use a thin, self adhesive clear laminate. I have not tested sprays.3. This material is like a super thick plastic. The backing on it is very thick as well. The autoblade on a silhouette can be made to work, but will give you a hard time if you're going for die cut. I use the 2mm craft blade with good results. Multiple passes are key.4. Depending on the laminate you apply, it may push up on the cute edges when aggressively cut. Run a couple of passes on a lower pressure/blade setting to cut the sticker material first, then a few passes on a high pressure/blade setting to cute through the backing.
