These are great resistance bands that are used for pull up assists and many other work out assists to build strength. I bought two sets because I thought they might wear out easy. I was wrong, they are great quality and are abused regularly.

Seems good quality. Useful for various strength and stretching activities. Comes with a few diagrams of exercises you can do with them

Using these bands at PT, I wanted some for myself. I ordered them, they were there in a couple of days and work great at a great price! What is not to love?!

We have several of these and they are great. they are versatile durable and great quality. Love using these to workout and we take them on trips when we travel as well.
