I love how discreet and quiet this is. It makes cleaning my menstrual cup or disc so easy. I wash it with Pixie Wash and then steam it while I’m in the shower — the whole process is super quick and convenient. Definitely makes my routine simpler.

I have actually bought both versions of sterilizers from this company. I really like them both and they have a couple of different features. The white one is a bit larger and I really like how there’s a removable tray. It also has the top attached by a hinge. The top of the blue one is not attached by a hinge, so it is two pieces. The blue one is circular in design, and smaller than the white one, but my menstrual cup fits in the blue one great and I feel like it gets a nice clean because of the circular shape. The white one has a push button, whereas the blue one is more high-tech like a touchscreen. There is no removable tray in the blue one, and I think that is the one thing I wish it had. In terms of sterilizing the cup, I feel like they both work equally well. I don’t know which one I would choose if I could only choose one. The blue ones seems more high-tech so maybe that one? But I really like the removable tray in the white one, and it is a bit larger if your menstrual cups are larger.

I bought the pixie cup steamer for my daughter to use at college. The steamer must have been a faulty one because it only ran it's cycle for about 30 seconds then indicated it was done and there was still water in the bottom. I contacted the company via the email on the outside of the box. They asked for my order number and address and immediately shipped me out a replacement. No need to send the faulty one back. It was a no fuss very easy process. I was very impressed with their customer service. There is really no risk to try this product because the company truly backs this product. This product makes quick, easy, and convenient.

It's great for sterilizing, but it does not dry it. I thought I was putting too much water in, so I made sure to put less in the next time and 2 hours later it was still wet (leaving it on that long was an accident, I forgot to set my timer). It does work with any cup, I have a couple different ones and they all fit just fine. I do wish it had an auto shut off because it is easy to forget that it is on and running. There are also no instructions on how to clean the sterilizer itself. While it is great for sterilizing, I am a little disappointed in it as a whole....

Love this !!! Super discreet alternative to boiling & then getting questioned about what it is that you’re boiling (if you have little brothers then you know what I’m talking about lol). Works great & super quick like 3 mins max (I usually run Mine 2-3 times to ensure that it’s definitely sanitized cuz I’m particular). Overall, good product & works great!!

I like that this is convenient, discreet, and simple to use. It only needs a little spoon of water and 15 minutes or so to work. Much nicer than having to boil products on the stove!

How much easier could they make it! Just fill the basin, press the button and move on with your day! Sanitizes super fast and honestly my cup has never looked cleaner!

I’ve been using a cup for 4 years and have not been able to boil it on the stove because—eww. Also I don’t need a “cup only pot” taking up space. I never had a problem with smells just using soap until this summer after a camping trip when I couldn’t wash it immediately after using and knew it needed a bit more cleaning. I got this on a deal for $20 and it was WORTH IT! Cleans my cup and removes any stink and it’s so easy to use. A little teaspoon of distilled water and the push of a button and magic happens. It’s convenient to use and convenient to store in between uses. Now I tell everyone not only how life changing a cup is, but how this is my second favorite thing after the cup. Thanks for a great product. (I do wish there were cleaning instructions…I just dump out the water and let it air dry).

Da tempo cercavo un dispositivo che mi permettesse di sterilizzare la mia coppetta in modo davvero pratico e veloce. Ho sempre utilizzato il microonde, ma devo dire che con questo dispositivo è tutta un’altra storia. L’esperienza d’uso è decisamente più comoda, immediata e sicura: basta riempirlo, avviare e in pochi minuti la coppetta è perfettamente sterilizzata, senza stress e senza bisogno di stare a controllare. Un altro grande punto a favore è la sua leggerezza. È talmente compatto e maneggevole che posso portarlo facilmente anche in viaggio, senza aggiungere volume o peso alla borsa. Ideale per chi, come me, vuole mantenere sempre una routine igienica precisa anche fuori casa. In sintesi: pratico, funzionale e comodissimo. Un vero must-have per chi usa la coppetta mestruale e desidera un metodo di sterilizzazione più semplice e affidabile rispetto ai sistemi tradizionali. Non tornerei più indietro.

Quiet and effective (I assume, I don’t have a test to see if all the germs are killed but it comes out hot). Looks nice and discreet. I’ve agreed with my kids that it’s for making tiny smoothies, they’ll never open it to see the truth! Pay attention to the warning to let the cup cook down first, this is a lesson I’ve learned more times than I should have… it’s honestly embarrassing at this point
