You can't beat the simplicity of this thing. It's a single piece with a small aeration insert. The rubber seal in the bottle had no leaks and seemed very secure. The case is better than expected and closes firmly.I tried it side by side with some cheaper (but good) red wine and I thought it took some of the edge off the wine and made it smoother. I gave my wife a blind taste test and she preferred the aerated as well, saying the difference was noticable.Pouring was notably slower through it than without it, but it still put wine in the glass at a comfortable rate. Cleaning was very easy, just running warm water through it.For the price it's worth a try. I've enjoyed it and glad I didn't pay a bunch of money for a brand-name device.

If you get tired of the decanter route and want something quick and easy, you will like this as much as I do. Love the filter and its easy to rinse out and dry. Only thing annoying is the clanging when the cover hits the side of the glass. It bobs up and down and you have to hold the bottle just right to get it to balance and not strike the sides of the glasses as you pour. Does great with the aeration, you see a sea of bubbles in the glass as you pour.

Because of the positive reviews here on Amazon, I was hopeful that this Vinoair aerator would work on my red wines. I was not dissappointed.Contrary to another reviewer who mentioned that he/she couldn't get this product to work with any bottles of Italian wine, the Vinoair aerator I purchased from Amazon worked VERY WELL on ALL of the Italian wine bottles with which I've tried it. It really is very effective at aerating red wines directly from the bottle, and I found its effects to be equivalent to using a decanter or letting the wine sit after opening for a long period of time. I love this thing -- its a good time saver.

Thus was a fantastic find after my last pop on aerator came apart. This has a great stylish design and has a no drip stopper! The carrying case sold me. I always like taking my aerator to restaurants or to other social events. I'm Super happy with my purchase.

The Vinoair is excellent for pouring wine and filtering cork and sediment. It cleans easily and there is a case included. I have given some as gifts.

An alternative to the Vinturi Aerator, the Vinoair is a delight to use. It's small, compact, and easy to clean. It's not 100% drip-proof, which can get annoying at times, but on the whole, this is an excellent gift for you or the wine lover you know. The black case has a "rubberized" feel to it and snaps firmly shut. The product matches the pictures exactly, so you know exactly what you're getting before you order.As far as aerating your reds, this really does a fine job. There are likely many aerators out there that are much more expensive that *might* do a better job, but the only two I have experience with are this one and the Vinturi, and honestly I prefer this one. You can pour a properly chilled red straight from the bottle into your glass, and this aerator will get you more than half way there to a fully decanted glass. Depending on the red, you will still want to let it rest in the glass for 10 to 15 minutes....or at least that's been my experience. You can also use this with another aerator, for instance, a hand held one, to double aerate your wine directly into your glass if you don't want to wait. I'm sure there are some real wine experts that can provide better guidance on that than I.If you're on the fence, get one.

Works great!! I had another bottle aerator that did not have the closure flap on top and I wasted a few bottles of wine. The closure works like a cap to preserve the open bottle.I gave this as a gift for my sister's birthday and she loves it! I will buy again for myself and more gifts. Although the case looks nice we do not use it !

I already own a Vinturi wine aerator and use it with every bottle of red wine whether expensive or cheap. It definitely makes a difference but I needed something more portable, and protected in a case, for my trips abroad - the Nicholas Cork Pops Vino Air Premier fits this requirement perfectly....and yes, it works a treat as well, equally as good and in fact easier to use than the Vinturi!.

Bought this for my wife to take with her when she travels and wants to aerate her wine.........…...she loves it, simple to use and clean, nice case protects the contents in the suitcase. If I ever need another one...……….I will buy again.
