These shoes are my favorite. I love them. They are comfortable to wear. I stand on my feet most of my shift, these really help me. The traction is great. I don't slip. I love all the colors. These are so durable. I have other ones that I have had for years.these shoes are an excellent value for what I paid. In fact I bought 3 pairs, different colors, this time around.

This is the third pair of these Skechers I have purchased in the past 4 years. I like that they are offered in wide widths since I have a problem finding shoes that are comfortable for me to wear all day with my wide feet at the toe area. These have held up well, fit well and look good. The first pair I purchased at Kohl's where I could try them on. The other two have been mail ordered, and the fit is consistent.I gave the first pair (7.5 wide) to Good Will after wearing them for about six months. I just felt that I needed a little longer shoe. The second pair (8 wide), I still have, and they are still in great shape, but I get them dirty using them for lawn and working around the house. I wore them at work for about a year before I retired. This third pair is for wearing to events requiring a lot of walking. I would recommend these shoes.

The fit is perfect! Very well constructed. I love the color even though I thought I ordered them in black, the blue was a pleasant surprise. I can wear them all day with no problem.

I love these shoes. I have bought at least a dozen pairs over the past several years. I like that the top section, over the toes, is not mesh. It’s solid material that can be sprayed with waterproofing stuff (Scotchguard). I like that the sole and inserts are cushiony, and the shoes feel snug when tied. I have a bad habit of tying my shoes too tightly because I like them to feel secure on my feet, and then my feet start tingling. These shoes fit well, so I don’t have that problem. The arch support is perfect. I don’t have to replace the inserts in these shoes to provide additional arch support. Better than that, the arch of the shoe actually lines up with the arch of my foot! The sole/tread is not “slick.” You won’t slip and slide on smooth surfaces until you’ve worn the tread flat, which brings me to my rating.The only reason I don’t give these shoes 5 stars is because they start to wear out at the 6 month mark. I work from home, and I have different shoes for walking/jogging outdoors. Unfortunately, around 6 months the tread is flattened and the inserts have visibly thinned and in another month or 2 will be worn through at the heel and ball of the foot. I realize these are not “top of the line” $$$ walking shoes, but I feel like they should last a little longer than 6 months given that I mostly wear them indoors and around my backyard. Obviously I like them well enough that despite the (probably) planned obsolescence, I keep buying them.

I bought these in early November and they are now, in early April, going in the trash. This means I got 6 months of daily wear on the shoe. The outside of the shoe looks great, in very good condition. The inside, however it's suffering in a few ways that I hope my images will show.1) The heel back is breaking apart exposing the plastic support structure. This causes additional rubbing and if not tossed, will lead to blisters.2) The heel bottom is dropping, causing instability in the step. This will also cause additional rubbing in places that do not normally come in contact with a shoe and can cause blisters.3) The toe box of the site is also deteriorating which will lead to rubbing and blisters.This is all natural breakdown of a shoe, so please let me explain why I am rating at 3 stars. I am a bigger gal, so I now that this puts additional wear on footwear, so keep that in mind for yourself. However, I have included two additional photos of Sketchers shoes. The ones with the pink are a different model and 3 years old. They are still in working condition. The all black pair are 1.5 years old and the same model as the ones being reviewed, however, they were the daily shoe through spring, summer and fall months which are my heaviest walking months and have been retired since the toe rubber is starting to lift, and they got a bit too dirty to pass as appropriate footwear in a business attire setting (I push it with the gymmies as it is, so they must be neat). In my opinion, the shoes I am reviewing, having only been used during the most sitting months of the year, should have held up much better than they have. I believe this to be a defect in the new design of this model shoe. They should be in better physical condition than shoes 3x or more older. I do not believe anyone would say this is normal after 6 months considering the same model of shoe (different year) that is over 18 months old is in better condition. You can see from the side by side that the interior fabrics have been changed. The additional seam or different fabric weave may be the source of the issue.

Very nice and comfy but 9wide is more fit for me

Bought these end of April it's now July the soles are wareing out. These are not used daily and I work inside for 8 hours a day on carpeted floors. I got them for comfort and they are but they will not last 6 months at best. I am 67 years old so they are not abused by outdoor activities.
