Use sunlight to address memory in plastic coil.
Suggest unroll on driveway and lay flat (weight both ends) and allow sun to soften. Memory in material virtually erased allowing ease of use.

not recommended.
uncoil in back yard and use 5 cement blocks to straight it out for three weeks. it still wavy.
