Beware: the stock is not quality checked at all
My original review was a glowing one but now my daughter has played with it, I need to change it. The laptop came with a broken battery, it won't switch on unless the charger is plugged in and once removed it switches off. There is obviously no quality check after seeing other reviews. I said I'd keep it if they gave me a partial refund and they offered me £25 for a battery or a new battery itself. I rejected this because the battery costs more than £25 and they need to pay for the cost of it being fixed. I would never have spent £140 on a broken laptop, which is what it would cost me if i had accepted the £25. They have not responded so it will be going back tomorrow for a full refund.

Very Happy Customer
Item arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. Also was a touch screen version which was a very pleasant surprise. It looks brand new and not a mark on it for a refurbished item very surprised. Thought there would be some signs of wear but none could be found. Also came with a genuine Dell charger with Win 10 professional pre-installed. Been using for several weeks now (sorry for late review) and no problems encountered. Would highly recommend as they offer good warranty. All in all a very happy customer and would definitely buy from again. Thanks guys.

Totally rubbish
The laptop came and I tried to install an anti virus software but was so slow that I gave up. Then as I unplugged the laptop and it turned off because there was no battery. Totally missed sold a not fit for purpose item.

Bought this for granny & grandad who needed a laptop for access to internet, Zoom meetings and email.Quick delivery, and very well packaged. Battery was well charged on first usage (over 80%)Windows 10 - easy to configure for their wifi, email and printer. Installed Zoom in minutes.Boots up very quickly, from power up to typing an email within 30 seconds.Grandparents now very happy with new laptop.

El equipo vienen en. Italiano deberían especificarlo en la descripción, por más que escojes el idioma en Español lo mantiene en italiano con mezcla de Inglés y no es compatible con Windows 11

Non conoscevo questa marca di pc ,ma devo dire che più lo uso e più mi piace. Non sono una profonda conoscitrice di informatica ,ma questo Computer ricondizionato è veloce ,sicuro e anche se certi tasti sono scritti in tedesco ,ho capito come funzionano .Inoltre il Dell Latitude E5450 è anche touchscreen,L'ho scoperto per caso . Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo . Lo consiglio.Francesca.
