Q: Anyone take a overal height measurement of their FJ before and after the install? Already tight into my garage......

78" before install.. about 80.1" after for me... with stock tires... it still fit in a traditional garage (I have a home built in 2009)

Q: to lift the rear also, do i need anything? is the rear diff drop really needed?

Rear diff drop? Other than dropping it to install the spacer I don't think there is a rear only diff drop, sorry but the question doesn't make sense...supposedly it's better for the CVs if you put in the ToyTec or similar front diff drop on...I haven't done it with my new coil overs or when I had these spacers on

Q: With this Daystar kit, do you have to get an alignment after you install it even if you're getting new tires right after? (sorry if dumb)

After I put the kit on I put LT285 75R16'S on. I rotate them regularly but have yet to get the alignment done. It wouldn't hurt to have it done but isn't a must.
