I bought it in January because it’s supposed to be good on arthritis but you have to take it for 2 or 3 months to get results. I took it for a month and re ordered. But it took about a month to receive delivery. I’m starting over now. No idea of effectiveness. I suggest if you try it make sure they can deliver. This brand couldn’t.

I only used one bottle before I decided to reorder this brand. It took a minute before it was delivered, and I was looking for it daily. When it finally came it only took one day before my mood was lifted and my inflammation was down. I know it says it takes a week or so before you could tell a difference, but I was able to see difference in my sleep immediately and my blood pressure was greatly improved. The other brand was a joke, this one really has an impact.
