Is this suitable for a tall (185cm) software developer (i.e. a lot of computer work)?

Yes this is suitable for 185cm user. The seat height range is 48.5 - 66cm so would enable a comfortable seated position for that height. You can also use it as a standard chair and then reverse to use the back rest as a chest support so is a good option for alternating seated postures etc

Does this come with the hard floor castors?

We are happy to order the type of castors required to suit the flooring it will be used on. If you order the chairs, please make a note in the order we will ensure this is arranged.
