Use this daily with Vonage. Works great, good battery life clear sound.

Battery does not last 8 hours.
The battery does not last 8 hours as stated, which is pretty disappointing. I have to use 2 headsets for my work day even when I charge it on my lunch break.

Overall works well. Easy to set up with my desk phone, and I like that I can toggle between using my desk phone and cell phone

No built-in charger for an extra battery
While the unit works great, I am on the phone for hours in the day. I had to purchase an external USB charger and plugged into my laptop to charge an extra battery for the unit. This ran me out of USB ports thus had to purchase a multiport USB device. More cables... A built in battery charger would be a good answer and make this unit be better then others.
