Which band do you use for which part ?

It comes in different rough sizes it comes from the most rough to the least rough you always want to use from the roughest to the least rough but not on your natural nail it Has to be on a surface like acrylic or gel or something to tear out the product, the smoothest is to grid the nail even natural, but in a low speed i Usually used the medium and the leats Roughest standing bands to smooth out any bumps or imperfections on the nail when Acrylic it’s applied and of course you wanna always end with the least rough sanding band to have a smooth texture and finished!

In the video one person posted there were no cut little cases to house the round sanding bits

You can but little cases from a store like Micheals that will accommodate the bits.

Will this work with the touch beauty essentials nail drill?

Yes it will if the drill you have has a 3/32 drill bit size. I looked up the one you mentioned and it should. It comes with a mandrel that fits most nail drills/e-files. They come in nice packaging and the bands work great. No problems. Hope this helps!
