Good band mount
Have this attached to top of power cage. Use it everyday. With full set of bands. So far no wear. Had a couple of those door things snap. Don't think this will.

Item description correct, but image incorrect
Good quality, but be careful because the picture of the product actually shows a different strap (15 inches) than the item description, which is correct (22 inches).

Great addition to my band workout. Allows me more options to where I can use my bands!
Great addition to my band workout. Anchor your bands to a fence, a pole, chin-up bar. It is kind of small, so I would say that it wouldn't anchor to anything larger than maybe a wrist or even a baseball at the largest. Some peoples wrists are larger than others, but I've not had any issues finding a place to anchor my bands.

Makes PT easier
I got the Bodylastics set for PT after back surgery and the set came with one of these. I was moving it as I changed my changed the exercises and, though that is not that difficult to do, it was becoming a pain. I got two more of these anchors so now I can do the different exercises without fooling around with moving the attachment point all the time. They are a simple concept and easy to use but seem very well made with tough material and extra stitching.

Great Solution in an Unusual Application
I used my Bodylastic strap in an unusual manner; I used it as the connector to attach an 80 lb. heavy punching bag to a bag ceiling mount. I did this for two reasons: (1) to reduce both the noise and vibration caused by bag strikes and (2) to reduce or eliminate the gradual deterioration of the metal "D" rings on the bag and my (expensive) ceiling mount resulting from scraping of metal against metal in a typical installation using a quick-link chain link or carbineer. Admittedly that type of deterioration would occur over a long period of time, but once the D-Rings or ceiling mount are worn away, they would be irreparable so the bag or ceiling mount would be trash. Using this inexpensive strap should prevent any such deterioration.
