After you sit on it and twist for your legs to get in or out of the car, does it bunch up under you uncomfortable?

No! It doesn’t bunch up because the material is very slippery. It moves with you as you put your feet in the car! It is very comfortable to sit on! No bunching whatsoever! I recommend it highly!

Can this be used to transfer someone from a wheelchair to car using a transfer board?

Yes. I also use it to reposition my mother on her bed by placing it under her back. I even use it in her wheelchair to help pull her all the way back and then remove it from under her (with her help) so she does not slide around after that.

Will this work on wet skin to transfer from shower bench?

I did not find this product to work for anything I needed. It slid when I didn’t want it to and didn’t slide when I wanted it to. On the car seat he could slide off the seat when trying to get in, it could slip him dangerously off the seat when exiting. It did not slide his bottom across the bed which I wanted. I certainly would not try for what you wanted. I should have returned but thought I might find a use for it. I haven’t.
