Great product
This product is hard to find in my local grocery stores so I was glad to find it on Amazon and at a decent price. Worked perfectly in my recipe (I have Celiac disease and wanted to make gluten free Yorkshire puddings that turned out perfectly!).

US BUYERS BEWARE: Cornstarch v. Corn Flour
This is CORN STARCH (US buyers). In the UK, corn starch is also called “Cornflour”. Amazon-US should adjust the name of this to properly reflect that in the product title.I’ve included a picture of the updated packaging as well as a side-by-side to an actual corn flour (US).I made a very tasty wheat-free bread adjusting my recipe using other flours adding this product purely as starch.The package WARNS: processing contaminants possible. It is NOT marked Gluten-free. Processed on machinery with peanuts, wheat, etc.

This is not corn flour it is cornstarch, there is a difference,

Disgusting, gummy, stinking substance
This is the most disgusting thing I have ever purchased on Amazon. It is not flour, it’s glue. It also stinks worse than a sewer. Whatever this substance is, separated while I was trying to cook it. There was a clear gummy and white gummy. Worst purchase ever!! Do not waste your money, this is not suitable for human consumption
