Catskill Craftsmen 22-Inch Perfect Pastry Rounded Corners and Reverse Groove Cutting Board, One Size, Wood

I like the size and the measurements. I shopped around, compared material, read reviews. It reminds me of the built in we had in the house I grew up in. I love the printed size chart. I plan on using it a lot. Bread, biscuits, cut out cookies, pies. And it is nice to know that I can use the other side to carve meat if I want. I think I got a great product that will last me for many years to come.

Mine is very strait and flat, good thickness that makes it very sturdy to use and its smooth. So it works very well. Holds the flour so dough does not stick to it, and cleans up easily with just a few wipes from a dry cloth. I never use water to clean a wood pastry board or wood rolling pin.

I've had this wonderful work of craftsmanship for about 7 weeks now. I had just finished oiling and waxing the board and was admiring my handiwork when I thought to myself, "I really should write a great review on this thing." That's odd for me to enjoy something that I bought enough to *think about* writing a review on it weeks later.The double-sidedness of this is amazing, since I both bake and cook frequently. The grooved edges on the cutting board side have saved my hide more than once. The pastry/baking side come in extremely handy for measuring lengths of pasta, and just using as a backdrop in photos of food works beautifully on both sides for great photos.I have a fairly standard-size kitchen sink, and this board *just* manages to fit well enough diagonally to wash with the hose, so it's a little bit big for cleaning, but manageable with my setup. This is a piece that you'll want to *take care of* by oiling regularly to keep it from drying out and to provide protection against ugly microbes seeping in. I also wax mine after it's been oiled and wiped down for extra protection and to prolong the use before needing to oil again.Altogether I'm extremely happy with this (if you can't tell)!

This is an incredible cutting board. I have purchased 2 - one for my Florida home and one for my Upstate, Delaware County, NY home!! Used almost daily. Great size. Incredible quality. Will hold 16" pizza with no problem. I also ordered one of their cutting board sets to give to a real estate client of mine. I paired the set with a pizza cutter for an incredible gift. My client, a multi-millionaire with impeccable taste, loved it!! You will not be disappointed and get many years of use from this item. I can't say how much I love it!

This is the second time I have purchased this cutting board. I had to replace my first one after it split after about 15 years or so. I like the size of this board for doing pastries and larger cooking projects. This is a large board and I typically use a smaller one for every day tasks. However, I do like this board, the measurements for crust sizes, and the quality is good.Update: Right out of the package, this board was warped. I didn't open the package within the return window and now I'm stuck.Update: Seller replaced cutting board with a new one. Looks perfect.

This board is just what I was looking for. The only thing I don't like is that I have to sand it and put butcher block oil on it myself, that's time consuming because you have to put a lot of coats on. Make sure you do that before washing. But for the price of the board, I guess I can do it myself, I just don't like to. I don't recall it advising that in the description but maybe it did
