I Love these miracle chews !!!!I have used these fruity chews for some tome now and noticed a significant difference in the growth of my nails and hair as well as improved strength in both as well.They are not gummy or sticky so they don’t get in my teeth. I can pop one in my mouth and get an energy boost while also enjoying a little treat. Actually, I prefer to take these vitamins when I am feeling hungry or have a sweet tooth. They taste more like a delicious snack than a supplement. My son is eventaking them as a supplement but not for the benefits as I do; but for the taste. But, of course, he gets all the benefits too without knowing it ! I can't be without biotin because in the past few years I've had major hair fallouts. I had been using GNC biotin but the strongest it comes in is 8000 µg. I like that these are chewable and they taste great and they are 10,000 µg . My major hair fallout has gone away except for the usual small amount of hair that comes out daily but my hair has grown very long and thick- although I do have thick hair already, this has made it even thicker.

This stuff is great....and my thinning hair around my brow is filling in on month three. With menopause I noticed my usual thick hair thinning a bit so this is great.

Very good flavor. Tastes like candies,so easy intake.However i wasn’t sure if it’s working.. might have used little longer to see the results.

I've been taking these supplements for a while. I really see a difference with my hair and nails. I lose hair when I'm stressed.
