I use these all of the time!
I have flat feet and I really appreciate these arch supports! They are easy to use and really help a lot. I have had orthotics made for my feet, but it's hard to keep changing them between shoes. With these I can leave them in the shoes. They are my favorite!

Life changing arch supports
These are the best inserts I have ever used! They fit in most shoes and give amazing arch support and a heel cup that make standing all day and walking and running possible for me with my bunions , heel spurs and high arches. Changed my life literally!!! These are not the plantar fasciitis inserts. These are the Super Sport arch supports.

Didn't work for me. I hoped it would, but my hips started hurting a few days after I began wearing them. Once I took them out, the hip pain went away.

Really helped with my metatarsalgia
I was having stabbing pains in the ball of my foot and ordered these to see if they'd help alleviate it. Shortly thereafter, I went to a chiropodist and she told me that my "bones are dropping" in the front part of my foot, so what I needed was "Spenco Ball of Foot Cushions / Metatarsal Pads", which I promptly bought. She said the Profoot arch support was also a good tool, and that I could wear both kinds of arch support together.Well, I tried. I really did. I went on holiday and wore the Spenco pads every day, through hours of walking, trying to get used to them. They never got any more comfortable, and I hardly ever wear them now because they're so bulky that they make all of my shoes rub my toes -- and I wear some pretty roomy, unisex skater shoes, so that's saying something.I do, however, wear my Profoot supports ALL the time. They fit neatly into any shoes or boots I own (except heels, but I rarely wear those), and they offer a huge reduction in the feeling of impact or lack of support that plagues a lot of shoes. My metatarsalgia has hardly bothered me all year! I think my "bones dropping" situation is still an issue because I do get callous build-up on the balls of my feet as before, but it's definitely better. I will probably invest in some kind of orthotic that combines elements of the Profoot and Metatarsal Pads at some point, but in the meantime, I've been really happy with these. Some people mention about how the fabric comes away from the edges of these Profoot supports, and yeah, mine look a little worse for wear after a year of almost daily use. The fabric is still hanging in there, though, and they work just as well as the day I got them.

A little perseverance pays off
I bought these heel/arch supports for 2 reasons 1) I had plantar fasciitis in my right foot and wanted something to help with the pain and recovery and 2) the ones in town were more than double the price of these ones.At first I wasn't sure they were helping my foot - they weren't making it any worse, but the pain seemed the same as always and the bit to support the arch seemed like it was digging in and was a little uncomfortable. However, a week to 10 days in and I don't notice them in my shoes any more, I've been able to wear shoes that are not Dr Martens for the first time in a month and I honestly believe they are giving my foot the support it needs while it heals.I saw a chiropodist last week and showed the supports to her; she was quite impressed with the fact that they are not hard and rigid like some you can get, but were more flexible. One reviewer complained about the fabric wearing away quickly. Looking at mine, yes perhaps the fabric is starting to come away at the edges a bit after just 10 days wear, but in all honesty I don't really care because I do believe they have helped my foot and they are, in my opinion, a value for money price. Definitely better than paying £32 for them in town!In summary, if you buy these heel/arch supports, you will probably need a few days to get used to having them in your shoes, but do persevere with them because they have been of enormous benefit to me.

Arch supports.
I have plantar fasciitis and had some pain in my foot. My doctor suggested getting an arch support until I see the podiatrist. I have been using these for a few weeks now and I think they have definitely helped. I move them to whichever shoes I am wearing so I didn't glue them in. I also do exercises as recommended by my doctor and the pain has significantly decreased. I didn't award 5 stars as I feel the arch supports may not last a very long time but then I am moving them between shoes. I would recommend these.

Absolutely brilliant! Even for the most sensitive feet
I have the world's most sensitive feet, and have damaged the arches of my feet (one more than the other) through lots of long distance running (marathons), and walking just about everywhere I go in shoes that aren't supportive enough. It's been an ongoing injury since November which has been getting worse and worse. I bought these a couple of weeks ago (after 4 months of pain) based on the mainly positive reviews of other people, but with low expectations, and as it turns out, I couldn't be happier with them. Not only have they saved me from an injury so bad I would have had to pull out of my upcoming marathon event, they have made all my shoes - both running shoes and regular shoes - so much more comfortable. All the shoes I'd stopped wearing due to lack of support inside I'm now able to wear again. I worried that these would make my shoes too small to wear comfortably, but that's not been the case at all. They've not rubbed or hurt in any way (which is extremely unusual for me) - including a 32km/20 mile run in them on only the second day I wore them! I just ordered a second set to have on hand for when the first set eventually wear out (as I have damaged the first set slightly by running long distances in them) but they're still absolutely fine and I'm sure will last a month or two yet. I'll never be without them again!

Supportive, but not long lasting!
I look at this product as a something which is good to get you out of a fix, but not a long term solution. I use these in my walking boots. They provide good support, but the material has started to come off them after about 3 weeks of walking (1hr walk every day).I will be replacing them, but with a different product! As I said, they do do 'what they say on the tin' but just for a short time which is a pity. I was hoping they would take a bit more of a hammering before falling to pieces!!
