High quality natural ingredients.
I own some high end designer leather handbag products, and I like taking care of them, so I can enjoy them for many any years, or even better yet, for a lifetime. This product does an excellent job hydrating my leather pieces. I first clean them with another oil moisturizing cleaning product, and them hydrate them with this cream. The cream leaves a shiny, richer color after applied, and you have to let the product sink overnight or longer, so that the leather can fully absorb the product. You will feel a waxy feeling after application, therefor, letting it sink is a must. I will repurchase. This is a great value for the price.

Seems OK
*Update* After another day of muddy work, I needed to wash and condition my boots again. I've upgraded my review to 4 stars to reflect the experience. I switched to a dauber, rather than a cloth, and got much better application. After reading other reviews about it not waterproofing, I can't speak to it thoroughly, but the water I splashed on it today sure seemed to bead up pretty well and not absorb into the leather. I was also more liberal in my application than I was the first time around, which the boots seem to enjoy. The lack of a screw cap on the tin and not having the chance yet to see its long-term effects keeps me from going to 5 stars.*As of right now, I have only applied the cream once to my Lowa trekking boots about a week ago. That said ...The container should have a screw cap. I'm strong enough, but couldn't get a good grip to get the lid off of the container which had become waxy/oily in storage or transit. This could be resolved with a nice screw cap rather than having to squeeze the tin just right to finally get the top off.Application was fairly easy. I used a rag. I'm going to try a dauber brush next time (likely today) and expect to have the wax work better into all the little nooks and crannies. The slight honey smell is nice.I don't know yet about its waterproofing ability as I'm currently traveling in SoCal and there hasn't been any precipitation for me to test it in yet. I'm more concerned with keeping my leather healthy at this point.I'm hesitant to apply to the leather lining of my boots as I don't want to detract from their breathability,It does darken the leather of my boots, which I expected. For me, it's a good thing. Makes the leather more my own, trusted, and broken-in.My process, thus far, is to wash with saddle soap, allow boots to dry 24+ hours, then condition the exterior with this cream. It's a bit too involved for me to be able to do it as often as it should be, so I'm hoping at least some touch up treatments with the cream will keep the boots going strong. After only one application, though, it's far too soon to say. If I see that it's performing better than average, I'll update my rating and review.

and the boots look great. It will turn your leather a shade darker ...
I had never used leather cream before purchasing this for a new pair of boots, so I don't have much to compare it against. That being said, I'm six months in and after a few initial applications about a week or two apart I've fallen back to doing it about once every two months. It seems to have seeped into the leather, as it's intended to do, and the boots look great. It will turn your leather a shade darker than it was prior to application and stay that way, so be prepared for that. There's more than enough product here to last you a year or more with regular applications to one set of boots.

I usually use the Coach cleaner for my fine leather goods
I usually use the Coach cleaner for my fine leather goods; however, I find this product to be of the same fine quality as Coach leather moisture cleaner. I will reorder in the future because it gave my purse and shoes an incredible shine; in addition, it gave the leathers a softness that I loved.

Great renewal and softening properties.
I used this on leather chaps and riding boots. It’s amazing at replacing the oils into the leather. As I applied it with a soft rag, I could feel the leather begin to soften again. I allowed the oils to soak into the leather and then reapplied about an hour later to ensure proper coverage. It was great renewing my chaps after a long winter and harsh road salts assaulted my chaps.

not shelf-stable
Unless you are able to use up this 8oz. product within a few months, I would not recommend buying it. The product worked well during the first few uses within a month of purchase. The container was then stored on a shelf in a cool, dark place. When the tin was opened again, the contents smelled rancid and the surface was gummy. No expiration date is stamped on the container alerting the consumer that the contents could deteriorate with time. When contacted, the manufacturer did not respond.

Everything turned out great and I am very pleased with the results
I used this stuff on my old saddle bags and seat, and new leather motorcycle jacket to make it waterproof. Everything turned out great and I am very pleased with the results. I haven't tested the jacket yet, but the bags and seat look so much better.

This is a great product. It has a good consistency for working into the leather and seams. the leather darkened initially, and expectantly, but I'm happy with the result after the product dried. Compared to another product I've used on these boots, this one leaves a better finish and appearance and is keeping water from coming through the seam where sole and boot meet. I also have not needed to reapply it as often as other treatments I've tried. If you really want to take good care of your boots and have them last, use this product.
