The resistance bands work as expected. Having a home gym, I'm always looking to add more options to my training, and the set of four bands quickly added versatility for both strength and mobility.The smaller red band had a small cut in it when we opened the package. The seller was quick to respond and had a replacement sent to me immediately.I definitely recommend the WODFitters resistance bands for the product quality and customer service.

Unless you get these bad boys!! The perfect addition for your garage gym. Their only limitation is your imagination! Well made and strong material. I plan on buying another set to have a few more bands for when my wife and I are working out at the same time. 10/10 would buy again!

I'm determined to regain my ability to perform at least 10 unassisted pull-ups. I bought the set of four, tried the green and to my pleasant surprise immediately moved up to the purple band. These bands are much more substantive than other bands I've had in the past or have seen in gyms. Well worth the price! Great idea to color code them. My wife and daughter use the green one and are feeling the results after only two weeks. Well done, WODFitters.

I bought the combo kit cause I wasn't sure which one I needed. It's versatile. You can use it to do tricep extensions, curls, etc. I bought it to find out if it works like a spotter for pull ups. It's not the same. It did allow me to do some extra reps but you have to control your movement so you don't have the bungie affect. You have to be on it for the assist which is why it doesn't act like a spotter.

Like other reviewers, used mainly the red band for less than 1 month lightly at that and havr found that it is already on the verge of breaking apart. Extremely poor quality product.

These bands by WODfitters are great. They have a durable feel to them and the stretch feels smooth and consistent. The packaging was top notch and they do not smell or have a chalky residue as some other bands. Been using them for pull downs and assisted pull-ups and they work great. Anyone looking for some high quality/ durable resistance bands look no further, you will not be disappointed in these.

These resistance bands are great, but unfortunately they weren't as effective for my intended purpose. I wanted to use these to do some hip mobility stretches by looping the band around my leg, and the other around a weighted anchor point. When I did so though, the material of the band caused it to slide down my leg, thereby making the stretch ineffective. These would probably be better used for assisted pull ups as indicated in the description. My own fault for thinking it could be used otherwise :)

These work very well for pull up bands and for assistance bands. So far I have used them in my workouts for several months without any issues. I keep them in my gym bag for quick access any time I need to boost the difficulty or really work on lockout. And no the Dr. didn't actually order me to use bands, but maybe they should!
