The reason for the 3 stars. When I received the product, the top of the paste was rock hard. It's supposed to be soft and malleable like it's supposed to be. I was however able to remedy this by pouring boiling water onto it to soften it up. It did eventually soften but I took out the paste "cake" after a few minutes and it did break apart and became softer to use. I does do a good job cleaning the dishes as it should. I think maybe they need a film seal in manufacturing to keep it from hardening.

I'm praying the seller gets some more of this stuff in their store. I lived in South America for a year and a half and just recently went back for vacation. I brought home another brand other than this, but they are pretty much all the same. Lavavajillas in creme/paste form, is not to be mistaken for dish washing liquid. Their consistencies are completely different from one another but they both get the same job done. What I like about the paste is that it has a grit to it yet it doesn't dry out your hands (especially if you use a sponge wand). You have to cover this stuff after each use and if you happen to get a little water in there don't fret, dump it into what you are washing and it will suds up like you wouldn't believe. Don't leave water in this stuff over night because you'll waste the product. It's not for everyone, but I LOVE this! It truly is a matter of understanding how this product works; there was another purchaser that gave a poor review and it was because they didn't understand how to use this, not because the product wasn't good.

It's fantastic with out scratch the sink the pots and pan never look better not that we fried our food but general stew and casseroles.Is incredible not having headache in cleaning. I recommend this product (I am very strict on cleanliness). the tutifruit is okay but they have the orange is better.

Not usable...dry and hard. Had to throw it away

This stuff is the best cleaner on the market, and grab a supply if you can find it in a store. It's a detergent/scouring cleanser in one, and does a better job than either separated. I use it on pots, the sink, countertops, the stove and even to clean the bathroom. The green apple is the best scent, followed by lemon. I don't like the tutti fruitti scent too much, but the product delivers great results. The reviewer who rated it with one star didn't understand the product needs to be moistened before it can be used.
